For high school seniors who are 18 years old who do not want parents to have access to their records - a field to identify them. The field could be used to query/KEEP/ or create student groups, but also identify to vendors (Naviance, Canvas, ParentSquare, SportsNet and others) to not share (or limit access) data with parents. Currently, our only option is to change Contacts records, which is inadequate. Also, a notice (similar to what pops up when putting in an assertive discipline record on a special ed student) to remind counselors and staff to include student in all attendance meetings, discipline meetings, etc. Notice should be on Counseling screen, Assertive Discipline screen, Health screen, Special Ed and 504 screens.
