Define Email Text to use CON
For Define Email Text to be able to use the CON fields instead of the STU fields when creating the letters. Currently it uses the STU for NM so if a Contact changes their Contact information and in Define Email Text if you have it set up as Dear [NM] it will say Dear NM (coming for the STU) even if it is changed by someone who's name is not on STU. You should be able to address the letter to the person who made the changes to their account using CON.NM

Remember Last Selected Recompute GPA option
Remember the GPA to Rank option last selected on the Recompute Grade Reporting GPA's page and the Recompute Cumulative GPA pages.

Locker History
We would like a report/form that would show locker history. If a student withdrew from school and their locker was removed from demographics, be able to view those previously assigned lockers.
This will allow us to confirm the locker is clean, and in working condition prior to reassigning it.

GBK: Assignments by Students and Formative/Summative to view
Add the Assignment Type (Formative - F or Summative - S) on this view. This would allow teachers to view student performance on assigned courses - especially in a Standard - Based gradebook for secondary students.

Allow assignments to be sorted by Date Assigned in Add Assignments by DEFAULT
All assignment numbers currently default to being sorted by Due Date. The class options page only allows you to sort by number in the Scores by Class page. When you go to the Add Assignment page, it automatically shows assignments by Due Date. You have to click the # button to sort it by number and every time you enter and edit an assignment, the page reverts to being sorted by Due Date. Waiting for the page to reload by # each time is time consuming.

Create the ability to Lock Down the Free Text field on the Counseling Page so that No Notes can be added. Make this option at the District Level.

Career Pathways Management - Add Report
The Career Pathways Management Screen is great! But sometimes a screen isn't available to show people and I need to be able to print out this screen. Or a report that shows the same information. CTRL+P makes a mess.

OneRoster - Allow Assignments to Automatically Have "Grading Complete"
Please create an option to automatically set the "grading complete" status for assignments created via oneroster grade passback or API. Alternatively, please add a "mark all grading complete" button to the gradebook interface.

Manage Parent/Student Accounts Adding Filters
We often need to emulate parent accounts to test aspects of the portal and it can
be tedious to locate a recently used account for a specific grade. Adding a Grade filter, School
filter to hide 999's and potentially even sorting by last used would be so cool!2 votes -

Option to Recalculate Attendance Letter Counters in STU
In addition to being able to "Zero Student Absence Letter Counters", I think it would be helpful to have a "Recalculate Student Absence Letter Counters" option.
The function would evaluate the LTL table for the current year records and re-calculate what the counter should be based on those records. I find the counters get out of synch often and it's not a case where we want to reset to 0, but reset to what they should be based on the LTL table.

Gradebook Colors - display to parent portal
Hello,
I hope you are well. I wanted to ask the Aeries Team if they can incorporate an option form an Admin Setting to allow for editing colors for Letter Marks when viewed from the student portal/parent portal perspective.

Search by SSID on Attendance Management Page
On the Attendance Management page, there is no option to search for a student by their SSID.
Could this be added?
Because of CALPADS this is an identifying item that is used more and more.2 votes -
Incident Lookup popup usability issues
The Incident Lookup dialog (accessible from the Behavioral Emergency page & other places??) has a few issues.
The Start / End Date values seem to be inconsistently set. Sometimes the values are MM/DD/YYYY and other times the value is YYYY/MM/DD.
The search results are district wide, but the student # displayed is STU.SN and not STU.ID, which would be more useful.
It would also be nice to (optionally) filter for only incidents involving the current student.

District Attendance Letters for Farsi (Persian), Arabic and Hebrew
District Attendance Letters created in the languages of Farsi (Persian), Arabic and Hebrew need to be adjusted to print from right to left.
