Streets - Add a Copy Function
Requesting that a copy function (similar to the one on the Courses form) be added to the Streets page.

Allow teachers access to "Asset Course Listing" report
Teachers often check out materials to students, and it would be helpful if they could run reports wihich show which students have checked out the required materials and returned the assets.

Financial Reports
When running financial statements in the reports, it shows a total due of "0" in amount due even when there is a remaining balance.

Add an option on the Golden State Seal Merit Diploma for the user to select the Repeat Tags that would be included in the analysis.

It would be helpful for the Attendance History table to include a Grade field for the related year. This would help when reviewing Grade 12 attendance history.

Add the Option to "Select All" or "Clear All" on the Suspension Attendance Listing by Student Report
Would like to have a feature added to the Suspension Attendance Listing by Student report. Rather than having to click on every code, please add a "Select All" button or "Clear All" button and the ability to deselect codes if needed.

Add STU Fields to Attendance Reports
As we have a variety of attendance options for students currently that vary daily, making attendance calls depends on knowing if the student is on campus that particular day. Our district keeps that data in STU.U12, and it would be extremely helpful to be able to pull up on attendance reports.
Student safety dictates that we begin with students who should be on campus, but are not. Currently we are expending a great deal of time cross referencing lists or using KEEP queries to run absence list by attendance hybrid type (we have 8 possible...)

When blanking out the SMS - option to not delete FTF
If a client is using Flex Scheduling for the first time, and they create the FTF and CCL data, then they Blank out the SMS table, they lose all of their work. When blanking out the SMS table, should there be an option to NOT delete the FTF table?

My Tasks - Ability to add Links
It would be great if we were able to add links in My Tasks on the home screen. This would allow us to add a link to a daily workflow document or other types of documents we need quick access to.

Financials - Order Management Pending Status
On the Order Management page, we would like to see an enhancement of some sort or an automated process to help clean up the students that show up as pending. The only way thus far for us to remove them, is to manually emulate each and every student.

Scheduling Setup Verbiage
If Scheduling Setup option is set for Use Flex Scheduling for Next Year, then when adding a new Flex Period or a new Class Calendar, the default Academic Year should be the next Academic Year.

Things that Should be shown on every screen & every tab
No matter what page or tab we're on, we should be able to see the Student's entire name (middle included), ID number and learning platform (remote or in-person). It should all be right at the top next to the students name.

Take or Update Student Picture At District Level
The "Take Student Picture" and "Update Student Picture" buttons only appear at the school level, but PIC records are ID based and should be available at the district level as well.

Allow Grade Levels to be an option when initializing GRD/SBG
In a K-8 environment when printing GRD or SBG report cards, all students from STU display. Suggest that when GRD/SBG is initialized, grade levels are available so that the Report Card report option only display names associated with the grade levels that were initialized. It's misleading to see all students listed in the report options in a K-8 environment.

Graduate Form
Similar to how you can define a "No-Show" form, it would be nice to be able to define a "Graduate" form that prompts population of certain required fields when updating a student's status (STU.TG) to "G" - Graduated. [Completion Status and UC/CSU Override as possible inclusions.]

Need Student Scheduling Group for Next Year
Trying to schedule for next year and current scheduling groups are causing a conflict, as there will be new groups next year.
Currently STU.SG is designed to be used in Scheduling, but have been using it to reflect what actually is in MST.
Need to separate the functioning by adding a new field (STU.MG) to use with Master Schedule functions, and leave STU.SG to function solely with Scheduling tables.

Expiration date for user group membership
Add a field in the UGP for a User to have an expiration Date on a Group to which they are attached.
An Example would be an Attendance Clerk stepping in as a Substitute for an Office Manager for a month. Add the Group with an Expiration date of that month away date.

Allow a district decide which reports to secure.
Will Aeries lock the Transcripts the same way the ADA reports are locked from being altered after being printed to PDF.

Generate Report Card History for Standards Based Grades Message
Add instructions to the Print Standards Based Report Cards report card page that it needs to be run before report card history can be generated.
