  1. Admin Button or Feature to Reset Emergency Contact Order

    Contact orders are all over the place for most of the district. If there was a way to reset all contact order numbers to their current position, that would be great for integrations we are doing.

  2. Create a Flex Pass for student rewards and opportunities

    We are looking at ways to create study halls within our schedule (flex period). A time for make up or enhancement. Those with a 3.0 GPA or no homework would get to go to lunch 10 minutes early. They had great success as most kids wanted to go to lunch early so they got grades up and did their homework.
    Could we create a FLEX PASS link on Aerie’s? If a student had no missing assignments or above a certain GPA they could click a link on their account and a FLEX PASS would pop up. It could link to…

    Pre-Enrollment: Ability for parents to sign up students and be directly populated into rosters. In addition, if they enroll students in one session, they would not be able to enroll their student in another session with the same date and time.

  5. Attendance Letters - Provide the ability to turn off printing absences in the middle of the letter

    Allow us to choose if we want to print "Details specific to each student appear in the center of the letter."

  6. Allow transcripts to pull from the CRS Long Title to accommodate longer title courses

    We are using Edgenuity and offering online courses. Titles all need to be updated and course titles are longer. The Transcript itself has limited space so there is a character limit. The Course Title field itself in CRS has a character limit of it's own so it would have to pull from the CRS Long Title

  7. Student Search (Non Fuzzy) and accent marks

    When using regular non fuzzy student search it does not find a student last name or first name that has an accent mark like Peña unless you type in the accent mark. Add an enhancement for regular non fuzzy search to find the accent mark like fuzzy search does.

  9. Color Code Class Schedule by Period

    We would like to request an option to color code class periods on the student classes page. This ability would assist staff when calling classrooms to make sure they were calling the first period teacher's room instead of the 0 period teacher, as an example.

  10. Prevent Parent and student account creation

    There is an option on the [School Options] page which allows you to disable outside users from creating parent AND student accounts. I would like these separated out. I want to disable all users from creating student accounts since these are managed centrally, but I still want to enable anyone to create a parent account (either through VPC or contact record Portal?=Y)

    It would be nice to be able to see the details of paid and balance adjusted transactions. When a fee is balance adjust it just shows paid. This is confusing because it is not paid it is adjusted or waived.

    The Attendance / Quick Print for MS/HS is an awesome 1-page calendar view of a student’s attendance that makes it easy to analyze/identify attendance patterns for chronically absent students.
    1)Can you please make this layout available for elementary students? Since this layout is only available for MS/HS Students, this report is a multi-page report that just prints the list of dates and absence codes. This report format makes it hard to identify attendance patterns and last date of attendance.

  20. Student Profile Attendance Summary: allow both Period & Daily Attendance tracking

    We want to enable the Period Attendance tracking, but would like to retain the daily attendance tracking stats.

    Unexcused Absences
    Days Present
    Period Tardies
    Period Absences
    Periods Unexcused
    Periods Present

    Period Attendance stats help better track truancy, but daily stats are aligned more with ADA tracking.
