Course History Institutions list does not scroll completely.
The Course History Institutions list does not scroll all the way thru (only to 1950 in our case), so if the user doesn't do the search exactly, they might assume a district/school hasn't been added. We should be able to scroll thru the entire list of Institutions.

Attendance Submission Log - Flex shows all sections instead of sections with missing attendance based on current time
On the Attendance Submission Log page in a period attendance school. Using Traditional Scheduling, the page fills in the Periods ending period based on the current time; then the grid defaults to only show me sections with missing attendance based on which periods have started. At a Flex Scheduling school, the page defaults to the entire day, so I see all sections, including sections that have not begun. Can the Flex version default to fill in End Time with the current time, then display only sections in Flex Periods that started before End Time?

Non Admin Users to make UGN and UGP changes
Allow non Admin users to make security changes to Users and User groups.
For example - HR staff to assign Users to groups and sites without making HR staff admins.

Allow multiple Queries at one time
It would be nice if you could do multiple queries at the same time so you don't have to waste labels. Ex; *** label, perm.

Student Account Disabled Email
When Student Portal Accounts are disabled in Aeries, the automated email that is received mentions the student’s Parent Portal Account has been disabled. Adjust verbiage in the automated email to be parent or student specific depending on which account has been disabled.

Instructional Minutes Report for the Year
When we get audited the auditors always want a report that pulls the instructional minutes for the year. There used to be a report for this in CS that would calculate it off the calendar and the bell schedule. This would be a huge time saver.

Can "Participated" be added to the Testing Status menu in the Testing Information Box in addition to Not Passed or Passed.
Per the CDE we are only tracking Participation. It would be appropriate to be able to select participated instead of Pass or Not Passed.

Highlight school entry date on language page
Please highlight the School Entry date on the language assessment page to indicate it's a required and reportable CALPADS field.
The staff that view the language page is not the same staff that enroll the student. When a student is enrolled the school entry is auto-populated with the current date which is 90% of the time not the student's first day of school. It's our Language Assessment staff (verifying for ELPAC) who will verify if the dates are correct and/or match based on the school's actual enrollment and will update this field. Gradebook Scores by Assignment
On the Gradebook Scores by Assignment page there are only certain Absence codes that will display for the Teacher to see but not all.
Can the Update Absence Code screen have an option to allow the District to determine what should show on Gradebooks?
For example:
On the Attendance form you can see the student tagged on 9/5 with P - Parent Request.
Scores by Class only shows NA
Scores by Assignment shows NA but the Teachers would like to have ALL Attendance codes show that display on the Attendance screen.1 vote -

Base STU.CNS on Non Classroom based job assignment code. We use pupil services for our school psychologists. Site users are seeing the psychologist in the counselor field when they shouldn't be able to.

View grade for just teacher, not student without toggling view in options
Adding a setting that allows teachers to see the impact of adding assignment grades without students being able to see it. As of now, regardless of if the "Is grading completed?" box is checked, students can see grades I have input for assignments even though I'm not necessarily ready for them to see it.

Alpha Order Reset on Teacher Name Selection in Reports
When highlighting Teacher names in the alphabetical Teacher selection field on Weekly Attendance reports or in Class Rosters, the list of Teacher names jumps back to the top after each selection. It becomes time consuming to scroll through the list for each selection, especially as staff reaches mid to end of the list. Please enhance so the list of names does not jump back to the top after each selection.

Independent Study Agreements
It would be nice if we could lock attendance from being entered by staff members for any student who is coded as being in the ISP program in the STU.SP field until all signatories have signed the ISP Master agreement electronically and the ISP contact has been activated in the Independent Study Agreement table.

Copy From Summer School
HI Team,
Please create a LOG entry when someone runs "Copy From Summer School". There's no way for me to track who ran this process when creating duplicates in HIS table.
Any ADD to Transcripts should also be captured in LOG.

Make STU.GC not available in Update Code table since it does not work.
Request to have Aeries put in a warning message maybe in the Update Code Table screen for GC or to make it so that we cannot add GC to the Update Code Table (not having it as an option), since adding GC codes in the Update Code table does not make the STU.GC a drop down.

Automated Attendance Alerts
For folks that track Attendance, it would be nice to be able to set an automated alert to report if a student is missing from a set block/period.
