  2. Dynamic Student Group based on MST or CRS table

    Allow a course number (or section or subject) to be used as defining criteria for a dynamic Student Group. For instance, all of our extracurricular activities are also courses (sports, drill team, dance, art, band, etc.). And we have different people managing each of those groups. From what I can understand from the documentation, student groups can only be created from info on the STU table. And we don't have enough real estate on the STU table for students that are in multiple groups.   3. Bulk assign multiple students to SMS sections

    Add a feature to the SMS that allows staff to select a course section and then bulk assign multiple students by ID number via:

    -Manual entry
    -CSV Upload
    -Filtered selection (by grade, team, advisor group, etc.)

    This should have the ability to lock course requests automatically upon adding.

    The system should flag schedule conflicts in real-time before confirming the batch addition.

    This would save time and be ideal for electives, support classes, or other grouped placements.

  4. Repeat Scores in Transcript TTP Logic

    When Transcript TTP (Things To Print) is setup to show "best score" with repeats of the same scores, it will default to show the most recent entry of that score. This may not be the desired score to use, please allow for TTP to look at other factors to determine which of a repeat score (or allow the user to select a specific score) to show on the Transcript.

  5. Update to Online Enrollment Street Address Entry Behavior

    When a parent enters a street address that is not found in the street table and clicks "Next," the system currently displays a list of suggested addresses with the first one automatically selected. This behavior may lead to incorrect address submissions, especially if the parent proceeds without realizing the selection.

    Requested Changes:

    1. Do not pre-select any suggested addresses when the list is displayed.
    2. Add a radio button option labeled "None of the addresses above apply" to allow parents to explicitly indicate that none of the suggestions are correct.

  7. Student Suffix

    In the Suffix field, the drop-down shows JR and SR. We would like them to show Jr. and Sr. instead. We add these to our diplomas and programs each year. We use find and replace each year to fix them.

  8. Contacts Record - Visual Issue with Red Flags

    In Dark Mode on the Contacts page, when a user clicks the Red Flag on a Contact record, the flag remains white, providing no visual confirmation of the action until the record is saved. After saving, the Contact Name correctly appears in red. However, upon editing the record again, the Red Flag still displays as white, unlike in Regular Mode where it turns red immediately upon selection.

    Workaround: Adding the Chrome Dark Mode extension handles displaying the red flag correctly in edit mode

    Able to delete multiple rows of a transcript. This comes in handy when a student middle school transcript is posted on the high school transcript and the registrar needs to delete each row individually one by one.

  18. Attendance By seating chart - Improve UI feedback of the click

    In the attendance by seating chart functionality the click selection feed back may benefit from slight improvement. When hovering over the selection the choice highlights in a light green. When clicked it changes to only a slightly darker shade of green. This slight shade difference, in combination with the delay in clicking and choice selection indication, causes confusion to the end user. Perhaps a different color or maybe just outlined circle when hovering would contrast more prominently with the filled in or darker shaded green after click/selection.
