Add ability to select legal name for ParentSquare notifications
We would like to have a check box added to select the student's legal name be used for notifications sent in ParentSquare.

Assertive Discipline-Allow to upload a picture to an incident
Add a way to upload a picture to a discipline incident. For example if there was a vandalism and we could take a picture of that vandalism and upload it to the discipline incident it is tied to.

Create a Student Attendance Percentage Report for Negative Attendance Schools
Please create a report for negative attendance schools that includes student attendance percentages similar to the Student Attendance Percentage Report for our continuing HS.
Basically, when we have a school event, students need a 90% attendance rate to participate for the current semester only, so for Spring Semester - when school started to the day I run the report. On the student's Attendance page, there are 3 boxes that list the percentages for the Year, Fall and Spring. The boxes show days enrolled and days present. I need this info for ALL students.

Change the agreement "Please Sign" button
I have a site requesting that the "Please Sign" button for Independent Study Agreements is changed to a different color. They are reporting that some parents and teachers are not realizing that it is a button and are thinking it is just a banner due to it being the same color.

Custom Analytics Chart View
In Analytics, when viewing the charts, the last chart listed has a larger view. Would like the ability to have the larger view chart at the top. When moving the charts around it will spilt the top charts instead of making them large.

Allow the ability to not choose formative or summative for an assignment.
Some teachers would like the option to have the assignment in gradebook without it being categorized. Another option would be to allow the teachers to hide this detail from students.

Unable to Query Time
Aeries Query can recognize dates BUT it cannot query Time. (ie if you want to query out a time range (9:30 Am thru 12:30 PM), you cannot use IF ST >= "9:30 AM" AND ST <= "12:30 PM"). Any time manipulation needs to happen in Excel. Please make a way to query out time!

Add date and course information to the Summary of Students by Teacher and Period and by Course and Period Reports
We use this report for attendance verification and need it to be able to pull data from a specific date so we can look at it historically if needed. We also need for the course and teacher to be on one report which helps us to find discrepancies during verification. We currently have to go back and forth between the two reports which is inefficient.

Student Notes/Emails - Can a notes area be added where important information about the student be added and copies of emails sent saved there. It could then be accessed by those who have permissions?

Have option not to show deceased student on attendance roster
We have some upset teachers that a recently deceased student is still showing up on the roster as a "Dropped Student" after 5 days. I'm sure there can be a more thoughtful way of handling this in Aeries to have the option to hide or shorten the number of days deceased students show up on the roster.

Attendance 1-Page Calendar-View
The Attendance / Quick Print for MS/HS is an awesome 1-page calendar view of a student’s attendance that makes it easy to analyze/identify attendance patterns for chronically absent students.
1)Can you please make this layout available for elementary students? Since this layout is only available for MS/HS Students, this report is a multi-page report that just prints the list of dates and absence codes. This report format makes it hard to identify attendance patterns and last date of attendance.

4x4 Color Code Class Schedule
Currently coded open blue circle for an available class, but does not differentiate between Fall or Spring Term. This improvement would be the most valuable.
Also red x with red circle for a full class, but does not differentiate between Fall or Spring Term. This would help using wait lists.11 votes -
Emergency Cards - Current term only
Currently Emergency Cards state the complete student schedules. It displays all classes whether Fall or Spring making the cards possibly more than one page. Please include an option for current term only. To me this makes so much more sense then having past terms printed as well possibly leading to confusion.

Online Enrollment - Allow entry of mobile phone to satisfy phone entry requirement
During the data entry for Emergency Contacts during online enrollment, a parent is presented with an error if they only enter a mobile phone number, but nothing in the "primary phone number" field. We don't want people double entering the same phone number, and in this day, most people only have a mobile phone. It would be great if an entry in either field satisfied the data entry requirement. Even better: allow users to specify which fields are required!

Online Enrollment - Sandbox for next year's registration process
It would be great to be able to make and preview changes for the coming year's registration process in AIR without them immediately being "live" for the current year. This would also help to ensure things are working properly before parents dive in!

Students with Repeated Courses report - The report is currently still looking at the TCH table. For Flex needs to look at Staff. Add support for Staff ID-Based Counselor to this report.
