  2. Include Unaccompanied Youth Indicator in Residence Survey Audit Tool

    The Residence Survey Audit Tool is incomplete. As it currently stands, it adds a whole bunch of 191 records that are missing a State Required Field (Unaccompanied Youth Indicator), thus resulting in fatal errors when sending up the SPRG. For this tool to be really effective and time-saving, the Unaccompanied Youth indicator needs to be included. Maybe auto-populate it as a N and then we can go in and change the the Ys? Or include an option for the person completing the Audit to indicate a Y or N for Unaccompanied Youth.

  3. Let users test drive new features

    Our school went to flex scheduling this year and we are still learning about the new features, mostly by happenstance. In the future, it would be great to get to "test drive" how pages, reports and other Aeries functions that are being worked on before they are launched. In my view, it often appears that report changes, functionality, etc, are modified by programmers for ease of use but some of the end user looks are not considered. Current flex sched vs past year's view of attendance attached with notes.

  4. Missing Attendance Report - clear all missing attendance for the day

    I submitted the ticket below and was told Missing Att is intended to be run daily. That is understood but it is often not feasible to correct all missing teacher attendance that quickly, especially with over 70 teachers on staff. Having an option to clear all missing att classes by day or in some large chunk would be beneficial.

  5. Teachers Access to Student Groups Page

    Allow teacher user type to view and update student groups from the Student Group page.
    Student Groups are created with Staff associated, but login as teacher does not allow them to view the student groups page

    I know we can add certain pages to our favorites, I was wondering if it's possible to create like categories, drop-down selections to organize favorites so there's no need to be scrolling down and get lost when looking for a specific page in our favorites?

  7. Allow Analytics to use the CRS table.

    When having teachers and departments use Analytics it would be very helpful to be able to segregate by course types or numbers, such as Spanish Classes, instead of them being lumped in with VAPA or Electives.

  10. Daily Medical Log - create a read-only view

    Currently, a user can only see Daily Medical Log if given Read AND Insert permission to MED, which a lot of the time the user should not have Insert permission to MED. Would be great to be able to grant a user viewing rights only to Daily Medical Log: Read to MED, and not having to also give the user Insert rights to MED.

    TREx Element TE077 (WITHDRAWAL-COURSE-GRADE) is not included in the TREx Student Record Export. Requesting this be added so that when students transfer out of district their withdrawal grades are included electronically.

  13. Don't create PGM 181/182 Free/Reduced Record w/ Direct Cert import-PGM records in CALPADS end when stu exits, even if stu returns-DCs don't

    Aeries automatically creates program 181/182 records for all direct certification imports with the direct certification extract from CALPADS.

    CALPADS Fall 1 Report 1.17 counts Free & Reduced Meal Program 181/182 records, but also ends 181/182 program records if a student exits. Aeries, on the other hand, does not automatically end the 181/182 record that was created with the direct cert import process. If the student happens to return, CALPADS no longer counts the 181/182 program record, however, Aeries does.

    In other words, if a student exits the school CALPADS ends the 181/182 record based on the date the student exited,…

  16. Assertive Discipline - Ability to Enter multiple dispositions without having to Save after each one

    Currently the user has to click "Save" after each Administrative Decision (Dispositions) after entering a Violation. For instance if a student violated mask wearing and a warning and conference was performed, the user has to Add New Administrative Decision, enter Conference, click Save; Repeat the process to select Warning.

    It would be more efficient if it was possible to enter multiple Administrative Decisions and click Save once to enter all the dispositions.

  20. Define Email Text to use CON

    For Define Email Text to be able to use the CON fields instead of the STU fields when creating the letters. Currently it uses the STU for NM so if a Contact changes their Contact information and in Define Email Text if you have it set up as Dear [NM] it will say Dear NM (coming for the STU) even if it is changed by someone who's name is not on STU. You should be able to address the letter to the person who made the changes to their account using CON.NM
