Attendance entered beforehand for trips, activities or surgeries
With Flex scheduling when entering attendance for an activities, trips or doctor appointments. Our school has many clubs that give our attendance clerk that she enters ahead of time. Especially when there is 30-50 students going. Or if a family is traveling during school time. In Flex if there is class changes the attendance put in doesn't follow the period but it stays with the original class. Then there are errors and you have to go back to every student and delete the code in the original class and re enter in the new class. Not only is this time…

PARENTS/STUDENTS VIEWING FINES AND FEES
Parents and teachers cannot view totals of fees and fine. We use this for discipline and they need to be able to see there balance. The only way it will currently work is if we give permission to insert and that definitely won't be done.

In Referrals to Interventions, change "SOCIAL" Category to be titled "WELLNESS" or "Mental Health & Wellness"
In Referrals to Interventions, change "SOCIAL" Category to be titled "WELLNESS" or "Mental Health & Wellness". Also in the Referrals Approval Requested email that goes to Admin, in addition to identifying the referrer, the student ID, student Name and date, please ALSO add the Grade Level and the Referral Category (Academic, Behavior, Wellness, etc.) so we can see a little bit more info in the email to alert us as a team receiving the Referral Approval Request.

Add code table number to drop down menu-Early Childhood Development program type
The current menu for Early Childhood Development (Texas) has the code table description but not the actual code. Data entry would be easier if the number were in the menu.

Flex-Print students with N or more absences report options. Add total period absences/wide back
Would like to have the option to print wide when using the print students with N or more absences report. This report shows all periods and days. It also has a place to put comments if I want to print the sheet and give it to someone to help make calls. With that option gone, after one week, a student will take a full page.

The Classes page sorts by class meeting time. Would like to be able to organize this so it would order by time and Class Calendar

Online registration
Since there is the capability to have the online enrollment process answer the Authorization questions why can that not contribute to the Data Confirmation Status report. Is does not make sense to have a parent come in to the registration dept handling all the necessary questions and paperwork to only be told that they have to go home log into the portal and complete the data confirmation. More than half the parents leave thinking they have completed the registration process and show up at the school ready to start on the first day to only be told you need to…

Formatting of Report Comment section on Gradebook Assignments By Student Report
The current implementation does not allow for the teacher to format this field, so the parents see only one long sentence that runs off the page.
Enhance the gradebook by allowing for full HTML markup so that the teacher has full control over how the contents are displayed.
At the bare minimum, this field should auto-wrap within the page margins.

Student Preferred Name in Query
Add the ability to use a student's preferred name (alias) in lieu of legal name on a query when querying LIST STU ID FN LN etc...
Also please add the ability (at the school/district level) to use the FNA in place of the FN for the API, OneRoster, Clever, and other methods of integration with third party systems.This is especially important for students who may have a dead-name we need to keep in the SIS for State Data reporting but do not need to use for on campus / day-to-day purposes.

Allow the Ability to Copy Standards in SBG
Allow the ability to have a functional Copy Standards button in SBG > Standards so that we can easily change/modify the copied standard to what we need, as well as the name (of course). It is so easy to make mistakes, especially when adding so many.

Provide the option to add an image in SBG report card anywhere in the body.
Allow customization of SBG report card layout build by allowing (1) portrait with three columns with the left-hand side column being English (correspondence language) and the other right-hand side column be in another language (e.g. home language). The middle column would be the grade that the student received. This would allow for families to read/view the report card, as well as the student.

Attendance by Month (Starting 1st day of each Month) Report?
If there was an ability to have a report that could be ran that would report attendance by Month (Starting on the 1st day vs how all the other reports are now) that would be extremely helpful in certain scenarios.

Add DB Suffix and Year to import result reports email subject line
I get several emails daily as a result of automated, overnight imports and extracts. It would be helpful to know for sure which database generated the results report -- as I have 3 separate Aeries databases. It would also be very helpful after rollover to be sure that the imports/extracts are coming out of the new year database.

Enhance programming to the View button for Online Enrollment records so subsequent viewings of an Online Enrollment record do not result in being taken to the Online Enrollment main login page instead of the Online Enrollment record itself.

Do not print student alias when parents Print Emergency Card from PDC
We don't want parents to see student Alias names so we have the Parent Portal Group marked to restrict Alias fields in STU. However, when parents print the ER card as final step of PDC process, the Alias name is printing.
