Gradebook Narrative Marks and Assignments
Provide the ability to recompute or reset all scores for assignments that are attached to a narrative grade set If teacher changes the score points for a assignment attached to a narrative grade set, it is likely they would want the scores recomputed using the new values but remain narrative grades. There should be a button in the "Narrative Grade" manage tab that lets them "Update All Scores". This should explain to the user that it will change all scores to have the new score value and only perform the action upon their compliance.

Query - Provide a message if query is incorrectly formatted instead of just displaying a gray pop up window.

Have Ed Rights Holder value display on Contact Record whether it's 'Yes' or 'No'
Currently, only when the 'Yes' value is selected for Ed Rights Holder will 'Ed Rights Holder' display on the contact record. If the value is blank or 'No,' Ed Rights holder does not display so for someone who does not have edit access to Contact records, they cannot determine whether the Ed Rights Holder value is blank or 'No.'

Add the "Copy" button to the DIS page.
Add the "Copy" button to the DIS page. ( when enabling the Advanced features for DIS. ) the "Copy" button is removed. We are wanting to use this for keeping track of PBIS. ( a 2nd feature could be adding multiple codes to a single DIS record which would limit the need to "Copy" - "Copy" would still help when multiple students are involved in the same situation.

Student Attendance Report Returns in an .aspx file
We have attendance clerks using the “student attendance” report. They would like to run a keep with a list of student IDs and receive a printable pdf report of the “student attendance” report. As it is now, keep or no keep, that report responds with a single student’s data in a web page in the browser. There is no feature or function to have that report created for anyone student or students within a printable pdf, just an .aspx web file is return in the browser.

ADA-Calculate 3/4 of an ADA option
CDE recently changed Ed Code 46146 and 46146.5 specify minimum day requirements for dually enrolled students to allow us to claim ADA for a student only attending part time with us their High School and part time as a college student however there is no additional options in AERIES to calculate this. An option in AERIES would be very helpful in order for us to calculate this as accurate as possible.

Pre-Referral Interventions - Refer button for teachers

Apparently for Teachers, in order for the "Refer to Intervention" button to appear, in addition to the Read and Insert permission.... something needs to be entered on all four tabs: Details, Interventions, Reasons, Parent Meetings and Contacts.
This requirement is NOT called out in the documentation page:

Suggestions:
1) If all that is required to create a referral is Read and Insert on the RFI table (as is suggested by the documentation), then enable the button if the user has those privileges…5 votes -
Add Source code to the AUT records created when CAASPP scores are imported
During the CAASPP Test administration students are asked if they want their test results released to CSU and/or California Community Colleges. If the student does not want the information released, the authorization record will be created

Medications Next and Last Dose Date
On Medications page add Date information for Next Dose and Last Dose under the Medication Name so you do not have to click on the Dose History dropdown to view the Dates

Emergency Student Listing - Adding Teacher to Student Name Sort
It would be so helpful if the Emergency Student Listing - Sort by Student Name option had the student's teacher listed on the report as well. It is listed on other 'sort by' options, but not on this one. This is important to staff during a drill or a real emergency.

SBG report card
There is limited space to print on the Explanation of Marks on the SBG.
There is a maximum of 6 lines, but the width of text that fits in the explanation is limited to 8 " wide paper.
I request an option to add more space be considered by programming3 votes -
Standard Based Report Cards Translation
When printing out Standard Based Report Cards in Spanish Primary Teacher and Director are not translated. Also “Language Fluency Information” translation is missing an accent mark “Informacion sobre la fluidez del lenguaje”

Remove 0 as a Contact Order Value
Currently, the top Contact record defaults to Contact Order 0. It should default to 1 and the order should update in all subsequent records from there.

Independent Study Attendance Letters
We have a site that would like the ability to create an Independent Study Attendance letter in Aeries based on a KEEP statement with an area for the letter's content to be pre-filled in with field from Aeries such as name, address, etc.) Regular attendance letters don't work because they aren't sending these letters typically based on actual absence codes because it's based on work completion and quality of work.

Remove Classes from past terms from the EDIT screen on the Classes page
Classes that have ended, have had grades submitted, and their term is no longer current should not be displayed when editing a student's current or future classes in the Classes page. This clutters the Edit screen with classes that shouldn't be edited because their CAR records will be affected.
