Gradebook - Assignment Defaults
I would like the ability to set defaults when creating a new assignment. For example, I would like the date due to be the date on which I am creating the assignment (they are posted on Teams) the date assigned to be the previous day's date and scoring completed to be checked automatically.
Other teachers might appreciate the ability to always set the due date 2 days in the future or something like that.

Include the LAC.YP field in the Students Extended API endpoint
Add the LAC.YP field to the Students Extended API endpoint.
The YP field is used as part of the LTEL indicator in the LCAP dashboard (along with STU.LF)
https://support.aeries.com/support/solutions/articles/14000072084-chart-of-lcap-indicatorsThis is NOT the same information as is provided by the state import of LTEL indicators contained in the LAC.LT and LAC.YEL fields, which are currently included in the extended endpoint.

Accessing and Printing Seating Charts for Co-Teachers
Allow co-teachers to access the seating chart the primary teacher created instead of having the co-teacher create a new seating chart. Allowing co-teachers to access and edit the seating chart will ensure that both teachers are on the same page.

Import Test Results - Change SBAC to CAASPP Test ID
Will the Test ID for SBAC automatically update to CAASPP? PDF/Electronic Test results no longer display SBAC for parents. It would make sense that the Test ID match the updated test name to CAASPP.

Allow exceeds standards OR standards met to automatically show ELA req. met for Biliteracy
Right now a student can meet the ELA requirement for the Seal of Bilteracy by meeting the standards on the SBAC OR getting at least a B average in their ELA classes. A student that isn't on track with the B but has meets requirements will automatically be processed as req. met with the SBAC but a student that has the good grades in their English classes and exceeds isn't being counted because it's waiting for them to meet it with the class. I'd like to see them tagged as met with the SBAC if they've already met or exceeded…

Online Enrollment - Highlight state reporting fields during import
Please highlight state reporting fields during import from online enrollment. This would help staff know which fields they need to pay close attention to during import rather than finding missing or bad data later.

Standards Based Grades - Allow for Sorting the Comments Display
As with other codes in the COD table, make the SRT field active for TC = SBC, FC = CD so that the display of pre-defined comments that the teacher can choose from can be sorted.

Put the courses form back to how it functioned prior to the latest version update
Please put the course form back to how it functioned prior to the latest version update. If you must keep this design then give us an option to select the page view that we prefer. Again, this design is too time-consuming for the work that we have to do with courses.

Exit Code For Students Staying In The District
Please add a new exit code for students transferring within the district- Regular, transfer to public CA School - In District (LOCAL CODE ONLY - Mapped to T160). This would allow us to keep track of students who have left the district (160) and not just moved from school to school within the district.

Attendance Audit Listing District Summary
In Aeries CS, the Attendance Audit Listing report ran at the district level with a summary page at the end that would total the error counts by school.
This allowed district staff to require specific schools to attend a district-hosted "cleanup day" at the computer lab.
The summary page was gone after Aeries CS moved to Aeries Web. We would like to have it back to aid in monitoring the error cleanup process at schools from a district level.Bonus asks/points:
-Have the report send an email when it is complete
-Allow report to be run using the [School Groups]…1 vote -
Prevent adding more than 10 comment type standards to the report card template
Prevent adding more than 10 comment type standards to the report card template. Users are not supposed to change their template/report card after grades have been initialized, but the report card will not print if they have more than the allowed number of mark type 7 (comment) standards. Nothing prevents them from exceeding the allowed amount when creating a report card template.

Gradebook - Make "what if" feature available for Teachers
Teachers sometimes want to point out to a students that if they could achieve score X on assignment Y, how that would affect their Mark in the class. If the "what if" feature was available, it would make it easy for the teacher to know whether a specific score would be enough.
