Allow the use of physical tokens for MFA i.e. UbiKey
Allow the use of physical tokens like a UBI Key for MFA when authenticating to the site. Using Authy or something else sounds great but that requires a cell phone and some users do not want to use their personal device and are not compensated for it. Furthermore, Authy has eliminated their desktop app.

Gradebook Final Marks for SBG - Allow to edit the marks for each Gradebook
In recent updates the ability to have different final marks within the gradebook when using SBG was removed. Now all schools have to utilize the same final marks within the gradebook. I believe it would be more appropriate for schools to be able to customize their marks based on their school's needs/approach to grading since different school communities are unique.

Ability to translate Attendance Notes
It would be a incredibly helpful if the the attendance notes were able to get translated based on the parent/guardian corresponding language. When I attended AeriesCon, I was in the attendance session and nearly everybody in the class raised their hand when I suggested this to the mentor.

District Attendance Letters - Date/Time to Generate
Allow the option to specify dates (and time) to generate district attendance letters.
In our district, we generate letters every other week, on the same day (a total of 16 times per school year). Having the letters auto-generate would be helpful. It would take the task off someone’s desk, having to remember to generate those letters on the specified days.

On the Define Required Fields page add MST.HQC
On the Define Required Fields page add MST.HQC. This field is a required CALPADS field, and we would like to enforce it as a required field to save.

Attendance Dashboard Option
I would like to see the attendance dashboard mirror the discipline dashboard to show the various codes used and the students who are associated with them. In the discipline dashboard, we can look at the violation code and be able to see which students have that code associated with them. It would be great to be able to have a correlating report in the attendance dashboard as well.

CALPADS Enrollment Update Extract File date timestamp should be visible once process completes and page refreshes
On CALPADS > Enrollment Update tab, when an SENR or SPRG file is uploaded, the file date timestamp information is not displaying until after the user reloads the page. The date timestamp of the last file uploaded should display once the process has completed, without the need for the user to manually refresh the page.

Staff & User Arrows forward & back
It would be great to have the forward & back arrow capability on the Staff screen and also on the User screen so that we can move through the records one by one like we can on Students. I know that would make it easier for our HR Dept to be able to move through the staff records as they do their annual review and it would also make life easier for an Aeries Admin to go through the Users when looking to see which accounts need maintenance.

Weekly Attendance Verification through Aeries
Our school currently uses DocuSign to have the teachers verify their weekly attendance reports. It would be nice to be able to have the teachers verify and sign their weekly attendance through Aeries and have a record of their signed reports in one place rather than over different data systems. Ideally, there'd be a way to have a pop-up notification that opens when the teachers log into Aeries that reminds them to sign the report once its been generated by the Attendance Coordinator. I think being able to generate the Weekly ATT Reports and run reports on who hasn't submitted…

School Based Attendance Letters: create option so "Print All Parts for this ID" is chosen
From Spring AeriesCon 2024: provide an option to make "Print All Parts for this ID" be the only choice when printing school-based attendance letters. (Instead of allowing the users to choose all or part 1, 2, 3 from the dropdown.) The choice is confusing to their school staff, who are choosing 1, then 2, then 3.
