Participation Option on PFT Dropdown Status
This is the third year that the CDE is requiring Participation Only. I spoke on the phone with a CDE PFT representative and she said to reach out to our SiS vendors to ask that a drop-down option be added that is "Participated" or "Not Participated. Currently in all our status is Undetermined or Not Tested because the PFT since 2021 administration year is no longer a Pass-Not Pass test. It would be great to add the two additional options under Test Status and each of the five required components.

Information we got to know : During COVID, the state suspended performance scoring and required only participation reporting. Since then, no Pass/Fail calculations have been provided by the state or county."
Can Aeries automatically update the Participation status when Physical Fitness Test results are entered for students? Currently, the PFT Status field shows “Not Tested/Undetermined,” so we are unable to display this information in the Parent Portal. Parents would like to know whether their child participated in the PFT.
Fields which displays "Not Tested/Undetermined"
1. Physical Fitness Test page : Test Status
2. Demographics page : High School Physical Fitness field ( this is linked to Test Status from "Physical Fitness Test" page). It would be beneficial to track student participation, either by adding a new field (if not state-mandated) or updating the existing field logic (if mandated).

The current PFT interface for teachers requires the recording of more information than what is required by statute. Staff provides scores to the students day-of, but only needs to record participation. Please update to be in line with current guidance.

Agree that "not tested/undetermined" terms should be updated to "Participated or Not Participated" for each component. It is confusing to our parents when they look at their student's results to see "undetermined".
Would also like if on the PFT summary screen the Aerobic Capacity "score" would reflect the pacer/walk/run value instead of "0" since we no longer calculate VO2max. I had a parent also question why their student received a score of "0".
