    Differences between the Language Assessment Screen - Home Language Survey titles and the Titles on the Query output are confusing.

    Query says Primary is L2 but on the LAC page the 3rd field is labeled Primary. L3 is the 2nd field on the LAC page but is L3 on the query

  5. Additional Violations for CALPADS Assertive Discipline

    Currently there is a limit of five violations per incident in Assertive Discipline. We've run into this limit due to a complicated multi-day incident this summer that would have benefitted from being able to list ALL of the violations committed by the involved students in this one incident. Would like to request the number of available slots for ed code violations be increased from five to ten.

    Create an A-G Status Letter Text Editor similiar to that of the Graudation Status Letter Text Editor. This will allow us to provide a customized A-G letter for students and parents that provides a more personalized message/report to increase results!

    2-column Standards Based Report Card - the descriptions of the marks in the legend do not wrap to a new line and are cut off. Our recommendation at this time is to make the descriptions shorter

  9. The CBEDS-ORA Export Files - Schools to Export option list should be independent of CALPADS

    The CBEDS-ORA Export Files "Schools to Export" and the CALPADS Extracts "Schools" options listing are overwriting each other (they save to the same option listing in the Database).

    For us, the set of schools we need to report to ORA is different than the set of schools we need to report to CALPADS.

    I recently submitted a ticket because the CALPADS extract seemed to stop extracting records for two of our schools. The CALPADS extract was generating N470 records for students at the non-selected schools...

    Would it be possible to have Student ID's print out with the preferred name of the student instead of the legal name?

    I would love it if the Attendance Rosters would print with a legend. When we have substitutes we get a variety of marks that have to be deciphered.

  12. Ability to resize gradebook columns

    Teacher request: Is there a way to shrink down the column size so you can see more assignments in the gradebook on one page? I don't want to shrink down the % size of the screen or set up a 2nd monitor. Everyone I've asked says it's not a feature. Excel has it, but not Aeries?

  13. Discipline emails for Teachers

    There are occasions that would be helpful if a teacher/staff were notified of discipline issues for specific students. Perhaps adding a field to enter a teacher/staff email address to notify them when the discipline has been entered. Thank you.

    Attendance Log Report - The correct Primary Teacher should print for the dates the teacher was primary. The Log should reflect the student's grade level at the time of the absence.

  15. Attendance Letters - Change Default Letter Delivery Type

    Suggest that Digital not be the first or default choice for the delivery type for attendance letters. If you mistakenly forget to change the type or are running a test and do not change it, the letter will be sent out. Putting Do Not Send as the default seems the safest choice.

  16. Print Withdrawal Form in Student's Correspondence Language

    Currently, a withdrawal form cannot be printed in the student's correspondence language. We had a parent ask for the Spanish version, but it is not available in Spanish.

    Student Data Audit - For Program fields that are not state reporting highlighted fields, display them on the audit report as informational instead of errors.
    Ex: Participation program without participation start date for PGM.CD = 193

  18. Allow Users in Section Staff Schools Access to the Grade Report Mark Analysis

    After switching to Section Staff we took away rights to the teacher (TCH) table so teachers are not updated in that table any longer. Our users lost the ability to pull the Grade Report Mark Analysis report.

    Honor the tagged courses in Academic Plan Course Options whether a student searches by specific Subject or All Courses. Currently, the tagged courses only show when they select a specific subject area.

  20. Ensure Attendance Matches Suspension

    Compare attendance codes to Discipline dispositions, to insure discipline attendance code are only used when student is suspended. This will keep attenance clean and discipline for STAS and SIRS to match
    Note: Use Print Suspension Attendance Listing by Student with new option to check for missing Suspension in Discipline when student tagged Suspended in Attendance
