Gradebook - Color coded scores
When a grade is not entered for a student and the grading is complete on that assignment, the empty box shows up as orange. I would like to be able to color code boxes that have scores in them. For example, if a student completes only 1 assignment out of 5 in a week, I would like to have that score show up in red so that parents see it. Most of my parents only look for the empty red scores. Transcripts - TX - Modify Pass/Fail Logic
Update pass/fail logic to better meet PEIMS reporting definitions and reduce manual data entry/updates; specifically,
When attendance-based grade reporting is set to "Yes" and a class is failed, the failing grade should take reporting precedence for reporting purposes. Texas schools need to be able to see that had the student passed the course, they would have had course credit denied.
Build logic for grade of incomplete. If the student's semester average is "I," the reporting code should be 09 - Coursework Incomplete/No Credit Awarded.

Automatic Update Grade Reporting Absence Totals
Before running report cards you must update grade reporting absence totals, but it would be great if this was made to be an automatic daily, weekly, or monthly update.

Aeries Analytics Interventions- Adding Disposition as an available field to pull from.
Currently, AA only pulls the codes field when referencing the Interventions page, we would like to option to use disposition field. The way we use interventions our Codes are General categories and our dispositions are more specific.

Scheduling Master Schedule/Master Schedule: mass move students to Wait List
If Wait Lists are being used, it would be helpful to be able to mass move students to a Wait List for a section. One case scenario: two sections of a Course exist but one is being dropped. The 12th graders will get priority for the remaining section; the lower grade level students get mass added to the Wait List.

Online Enrollment Import List - Option to expand student details and include a documents check list
Add option to expand detail on students in Online Enrollment import list and add a checklist to each one for visual reminder of what documents are still needed prior to importing into database

Adding a red flag click box in discipline for auto red flag additions so it is automatic
Per California Ed Code 49079, a student’s teacher must be notified three years from the last infraction where the student violated the SSA. If the SSA Date field is populated, an asterisk (*) prints next to the student name on teacher rosters.
It would be convenient if there were a space in discipline where you could click a box to have the violation code automatically appear in the red flag, so it was not another step to go into the red flags to add a flag there.

Add Aeries Analytics Data to Custom Reports and Query
Adjust custom reports and query to output the results from Aeries Analytics/Item Definitions. This feature would allow districts to create custom reports and queries that provide detailed assessment information pertaining to student's with a cleaner output from multiple item definitions and sources.

Custom footers for each Discipline letter type
After creating your letter types (Expulsion, Suspension and In-house suspension), being able to create footers that are specific to each letter type. Samples as follows.

Student Attendance Report - Allow for multiple students to print
On the Student Attendance Report under View All Reports or Reports tab, allow the report to print for multiple students.

Scheduling Setup - should show date or grey out once it is ran
It would be great if the Scheduling Setup could show the date it was last ran. Maybe offer a check box or something that says you want to run it again and that current course request will be deleted.

Assign Multiple Family Keys to Student
Allow students to have multiple Family Keys. Situation:
student A is a sibling to students B and C but...students B and C are not siblings.
Student A would have two family keys one associated to student B and another associated to student C. Students B and C would only have one family key.3 votes -
Survey Audit pages - Add "Date Enrolled" option for Eligibility Date
On the Residence, Foster and Military Survey Audit pages, add "Date Enrolled" as an option for the Eligibility Date. This would help align PGM dates with enrollment dates.

Assertive Discipline - Add Incident ID to the selection list and dropdown
Show the Incident# on the Assertive Discipline selection list and dropdown so we don't have to open up each discipline record in order to find the incident# we are looking for. This would be helpful when auditing discipline data during Data Validations and CALPADS errors. Thank you.

Next teacher field should be Next Counselor. This should come from the STF table instead of teacher table also.

The CA School Dashboard just started reporting the ELPI again based on a new calculation.
