Mass Change or Add Crs Requests page: add "skip this student" checkbox
On the Mass Change or Add Crs Requests page, add a checkbox by the students' names. If checked, the mass add should skip the student. This would provide an easy way to mass add the most common course requests, while skipping the exceptions.

Allow Mass Delivery Type for pending District Attendance Letters
Allow Mass Delivery Type for pending District Attendance Letters
The district person GENERATES the letters and defaults the delivery for DIGITAL.
The school site attendance secretaries REVIEW the pending letters and modifies the delivery type. If the school site has a sizeable population, it would be great to have a MASS change to whatever the delivery method the school site selects and then changes certain students to a different delivery method.
This would be the similar concept for Mass Add values for attendance and report card grades/comments.
Can we have this feature within District Attendance Letters that are PENDING status…

Course Requests - Add Missing Prerequisite Reject Reason
If a student did not take the necessary prerequisites for the class, course request will show a warning in red "Preq"

Algebra 1 Requirement Met - Nightly Process
This field "Algebra 1 Requirement Met" is only accurate after running several reports. Students are meeting the requirement mid quarter individually through credit recovery making scheduling for summer school a challenge as well as scheduling for next year difficult. I'd like those reports to run automatically nightly so the next day is accurate.

Demographics - "Would you like to copy this code" message options should be Yes or No, not OK or Cancel
When entering IntDist or ResDist on the Demographics page, a message pops up asking "Would you like to copy this code to" Next IntDist (or Next ResDist) with the options "OK" or "Cancel". This is confusing to staff. They think clicking Cancel will cancel the data that they just entered into IntDist or ResDist. I think the options to click "Yes" or "No" would be less confusing.

Email addresses with "+" before @ sign are valid addresses (RFC 5233 Subaddressing).
The current Validation rules on the Contacts page do not allow subaddressed email addresses for Contacts.1 vote -
Demographics - Update error message to swap "EVEN" and "ODD" in Streets Table Validation process
When I click on an odd address range in the Streets Table Validation process, but the address is even, the error message reads "Please Select an ODD Street Segment!". It should read "Please Select an EVEN Street Segment!" and vice versa.

Allow the use of physical tokens for MFA i.e. UbiKey
Allow the use of physical tokens like a UBI Key for MFA when authenticating to the site. Using Authy or something else sounds great but that requires a cell phone and some users do not want to use their personal device and are not compensated for it. Furthermore, Authy has eliminated their desktop app.

Test Settings API - Update All Dropdown Test Settings to be Available by Test

Gradebook Final Marks for SBG - Allow to edit the marks for each Gradebook
In recent updates the ability to have different final marks within the gradebook when using SBG was removed. Now all schools have to utilize the same final marks within the gradebook. I believe it would be more appropriate for schools to be able to customize their marks based on their school's needs/approach to grading since different school communities are unique.

Ability to translate Attendance Notes
It would be a incredibly helpful if the the attendance notes were able to get translated based on the parent/guardian corresponding language. When I attended AeriesCon, I was in the attendance session and nearly everybody in the class raised their hand when I suggested this to the mentor.

District Attendance Letters - Date/Time to Generate
Allow the option to specify dates (and time) to generate district attendance letters.
In our district, we generate letters every other week, on the same day (a total of 16 times per school year). Having the letters auto-generate would be helpful. It would take the task off someone’s desk, having to remember to generate those letters on the specified days.

Early Childhood Development Form - Populate fields that are collected from the Early Childhood Development page
When certain fields are updated on the ECD page, have those fields prepopulate to the EESD-9600 Form when available.
