Teacher App Widgets - Add functionality for the widgets in the Teacher App on the Home Screen
The Teacher App has widgets that display demo data and are not currently functional. Would like to see categories labeled (Demo) be programmed for functionality so that it can be used by the Teacher in a live environment instead of it displaying (Demo) data.

Attendance Management - Does Not Show Dashes Like on Student Attendance
On the student Attendance page, -'s (dashes) are displayed based on CAR to denote when the student is supposed to be in class that day. We use a block schedule and have students with 6, 7, or 8 periods. Without the -'s our attendance staff is having a hard time determining if the All Day code should be marked.

Parent Data Confirmation - Require Certain Number of Contacts
We would like to require parents to provide contacts during PDC/Online Enrollment. Can we have an option to make it so parents cannot move forward in the process unless they have a user-defined number of contacts?

Class Rosters - Enable Option to Run By Room Number
With teachers sharing classrooms, it would be helpful to be able to run teacher rosters and sort by classroom and period. We keep hardcopy lists in the event of an emergency so teachers & subs can 'grab and go' but it takes time to manipulate the data and print in room number order to put into the classrooms.

Print Grade Report Cards - Need Larger message code field
I would like at least an option to make the number of characters in the message code field larger on report cards. Due to the change in grading during COVID, we needed to address this as a message to parents on the report cards. The field does not allow for more than one line of characters. The message we needed to relay would have been about 2 1/2 lines so it was cut off. This meant we had to run all of the reports cards through the copy machine to copy the message that we needed on the bottom of…

Grade Reporting Codes and Descriptions should limit the Description characters.
Grade Report Cards - When entering Grade Reporting Codes and Descriptions, Academic Marks, the description allows you to enter many more characters than will print on report card legend.
The form should limit to the number of characters than will fit/ print on the GRD report cards.4 votes -
Have a SQL Repository for common used SQL queries
Have a repository or forum for commonly used sql queries by context.
Including, but not limited to..Demographics
Contacts
Enrollment
Schedules
Grades\Transcripts
Health
Behavior
Etc..This would be a useful resource as a base for extracting data for current and new DBA's to the aeries system.

Print Standards Based Report Cards - Option to Sort by Grade and Student
Currently, the Print Standards Based Report Cards report prints alphabetically - by teacher. Like many districts, we print by grade and would like to be able to have the grade print alphabetically by student so we can just file the lot, instead of having to file each class separately.

Update Code Table - Display Message for Tables That Cannot Be Updated
Right now, when a table is either hardcoded or pulls from another table, there is nothing to indicate that on the Update Code Table page. It would be really nice to have a message of some kind display to indicate that.
For example, STU.HL is an updatable table. CON.CL pulls from STU.HL, but when I go to the Update Code Table page for CON.CL, it is blank, with the option to add a new record. But if I add any new records, according to support, those won't do anything because that page is irrelevant. And it's possible that I missed…

Allow Parents and Students to edit Student Personal Email (STU.SPE)
Allow Parents and Students to edit Student Personal Email (STU.SPE) for all outgoing seniors. This will allow districts to ensure "alumni" accounts are created without significant staff burden of data collection efforts.

Visual Separation of "Next" Fields
I would like to see the "Next Fields" at the bottom of the Demographics screen have some form of visual separation from the rest of the Demographics fields so the office staff clearly knows whether they are updating information for the current database or for next year's database.

Allow “class view” custom table.
Allow creation of “list view” type custom tables to ease data collection. The form should show a scrolling, tabular view (with locked headers) of all the fields on the custom form.

Allow specifying a field in a custom table as “Read Only”
Most useful for views, this would allow for cross referenced information to be displayed, such as test scores or grades.

Custom Tables - Allow Linking to Other Fields for Drop Downs codes
In Custom Tables, I would like to link fields to the code table for pre-existing fields, or to other quasi-code tables.
An example, I have a custom table with a field that I would like to link to the options in STU.HL, another field I would like to link to LOC.CD and a third that I’d like to link to STF.ID.
