Course Requests - Add more fields in the "Add Many New Records" section
Our school/district has been asking to add more sections into the "Add Many New Records." Right now it's capped at 10 and we need a max of 15. Is there any way this can be updated?

When adding a new Counseling record, pre-load the Counselor field with the users login name.

Ability to Email Summons Call Slips to Teachers and Staff
Instead of printing out all Student Summons Call Slips, we should have the ability to email them out.

Academic Plan - Add a Note to Request
When we reject a student request, is there a way to put a note back to them stating why when we reject it? Otherwise, students continue to add it back to the plan and I go back and forth with a student adding and deleting classes

Gradebook sort needs to be adjusted for GBK.PD > 9
Change the Gradebook sort to not use GBK.PD and instead use Start Time of the first section linked to the Gradebook. The gradebook sort is incorrect for gradebooks with gradebook period greater than 9. This is displaying incorrectly on the gradebook reports, dashboard and other various areas in Aeries.

No Show Form - defaulting date when previously E155
Have the No Show Form default to the previous year's last day of school date for students that ended the previous year in the current school as active instead of the configured No Show Default date.
This behavior would align with the No Show Guidelines chart, since these students would have an E155 submitted.

Street Address Management should allow mass updating of NRS field
I have a middle school site (SMS) who has many 8th graders that will feed into two different High schools. The Next school field is not populated correctly for over 400 of her 8th grade students. I would like to mass populate it to show the correct high school (546 or 556) where the student's record should roll into based on the student's current address. Also ability to mass populate school of residence.

Change Sped import process to use latest data files from CALPADS
Since Special Education information is synched nightly to CALPADS directly from the SpEd systems, it would be great if we could use ODS extracts for the SpEd information and could use the Sped import process to update the special ed info. It could also update the new SWD Indicator to keep it reconciled with CALPADS.

Label Student Name fields as Preferred
Please consider labeling the Last Name and First Name fields on the demographics page with "Preferred" so it is clear for everyone. Our teachers and staff find it confusing between legal names, preferred names and legal names.

Mid Year Scheduling when Section Staff is enabled - Copy SSE to SSM
In a school using section staff, allow Scheduling setup ability to roll the MST/SEC back to SMS/SSS and include copying SSE to SSM (Section Staff). Currently, the Section Staff does not get copied during this process.
When the Scheduling Window is open mid-year:
A section is created in MST, an associated record is also created in SMS
Please include the Associated SSM record that corresponds to the SSE record created for that section.1 vote -

Add an "Email to Parents" function button to the Progress by Student report that includes the same options as the Gradebook Assignments by Student report.

Teacher Portal - Enhance Assignment Filter
The Assignment filter for the briefcase opens in a little pop-up window at the top of the webpage. So every time you want to change the filter it moves you to the top of the webpage and you end up scrolling back down the webpage to see what you have selected. You can drag the filter down to the briefcase area in Chrome, but it automatically closes after you hit go. So when you want to switch to the next class you have to open the filter and be taken to the top of the webpage again. It would be…

Attendance reports need to honor the Block Schedule Calendar and MST days of the week
The Weekly Attendance report needs to honor the Block Schedule Calendar and print "Not Enrolled" on the days the period does not meet.
Also, the Weekly Engagement report needs to honor the Block Schedule Calendar/MST Days of the Week

Teacher portal - Link to Assignments to Calendar
In the teacher portal, it would be nice if teachers could automatically add assignments to their calendar. There could be an assignment category in the calendar, so they could be filtered if the teacher didn't want to see them. Or maybe there could be a box on each assignment so that teachers could choose which assignments that wanted to add to their calendar if they want.

In Analytics Indicators, if a threshold contains 0 and a decimal, students that meet the threshold are not being included ex: 0.24

SELA Import Process
When a correction is made to a student in CALPADS and then we re-import from CALPADS using the SELA Import Process please allow what is already in Aeries to be over written with the New CALPADS information. For the ELAS field in the Language Screen.

Display Student Class Schedule next to Attendance record
I am an attendance clerk at a high school. Typically the students have six teachers. There is a large blank space next to the student's attendance record where you can place the schedule. This would make things much more efficient for us. We currently have to go back and forth from attendance page to schedule page all day yet there is sufficient space next to attendance to add the student's schedule of classes. As attendance clerks, we have to make corrections to teacher errors all day. This would make this process more efficient.
