CALPADS SINF Summer ELPAC Last Name Alias
For Summer ELPAC SINF, if First Name Alias Field is populated and the Last Name Alias is empty, adjust the logic so that the Last Name is inserted into the file to avoid receiving the IVR0011 or SINF0011 error in CALPADS.

School Info > Imports and Exports > CALPADS Extracts > Summer ELPAC SINF Extract: Adjustments were made to handle the population of the Last Name Alias (LNA) and First Name Alias (FNA) fields:
- if FNA is populated, but not LNA, LNA will be populated with STU.LN or LSI.LN
- if LNA is populated, but not FNA, FNA will be populated with STU.FN or LSI.FN
