Add GRC and ABS to Analytics to support new indicator features
With the ability to create indicators based on any table and field, if the primary table is not available, these new feature do not apply. Adding GRC and ABS allows for many variations on building indicators and allows customers to build things like: F's on a report card, Period Attendance values, etc.

Medications - Email sent to nurse
Under Medications, send an email reminder to the nurse of record at that school site when a student's medication is down to so many pills remaining.

Ability to select different validation frequencies
Would like the ability to send data validation reports at different frequencies. I.e., Some reports get sent daily (so the validation process needs to run daily), but some reports only need to go out weekly.

Suspension Letter: add IEP and 504 plan information to header
Current Aeries suspension letter format does not have information indicating whether a student has an IEP or 504 plan. It would be helpful to have this information as a part of the letter's header along with other existing student information such as DOB, grade, and etc.

Display the student's number of years in the English Learner program prominently
It would be really helpful for the teachers/Principals to see how many years a student has been in the English Learner program (in parenthesis) next to the Language Fluency LEP code so that they can work with students who are at risk of becoming LTEL.

PBIS Page for Documenting Behaviors for Teacher Referrals
PBIS (Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports) is a discipline methodology and practice that we would like to have incorporated in either discipline or interventions pages. If there was a page to document behaviors - positive & negative, to be able to run daily reports for the PBIS teams to use data to form decisions about students behavior and to create interventions before it becomes an assertive discipline issue. Data Confirmation Income Survey - Add Record to FRE Table If Declined
When a parent marks declines to participate on the income survey still add a FRE table record of Not Eligible or Paid along with coding the "Declined Partic" field so we can easily query these families to know they just didn't do the Income Survey confirmation.

Teacher App - Modify the Attendance screen to support Attendance Rulesets
In the Teacher App the extra attendance codes from the Attendance Rulesets are available to all teachers and all sections in the school rather than just the sections tagged with the ruleset.

Make students have to Opt in to Endorsements
Currently, if an Endorsement has been created, students are automatically added when a student enrolls in or receives credits for a course that is required for an Endorsement. Students that do not want to participate in earning the endorsement have to opt out. Please reverse the process and instead make students have to opt-in to participate. This way only those participating in the program will see their progress on their Profile and Graduation Status Reports.

Add a pop-up message/notification in the Teacher portal page to let them know that they have an IS Agreement to sign

Add Start Date on the General tab of Student Information Bar
It would be helpful to have the students start date as a viewable field on the General tab so when inputting things like FRE or special program records that date is readily available. This would eliminate the need to navigate away or open another tab and re-search the student.

Pre-Referral Intervention - don't create a blank record
When entering a new record in Interventions or Pre-Interventions and you don't enter any data, then click away from the page without clicking the cancel button, a new record is created with no data. Can you please not save an empty Interventions or Pre-Interventions?

Add a gender dropdown on the Medical History screen.
My nurses would like a dropdown on the medical history screen for gender. There is one for for age and grade but they'd like one for gender as well.

Sibling Match button on FRE page
It would be great to have the sibling match button on the FRE page so that once direct cert data is imported, staff can check to see that siblings are also marked correctly.

Add separate column in Academic Plan widget for students without an Academic Plan
Add a separate column in the Academic Plan Status widget for students without an academic plan instead of grouping them with the No Action column.

Sections attendance consolidated into 1 button to click
I was told that with Flex Schools, "when multiple sections exist for each teacher and period, the "Attendance to be Taken (Marked as Complete) by Section" setting needs to be enabled so that each section is marked correctly in the CAS table since the attendance log (CAS) is stored by Section number."
This means for Flex Scheduling any teacher that has multiple sections will have to press the submit button multiple times.
We were wondering if this could be consolidated into 1 button

Create Substitute Teacher Accounts - When a school is assigned in STA then the staff member shows up in the Create Substitute Teacher page.
When school site staff go to create a substitute account the page shows all staff members associated with that school. Can this be updated so that it only shows staff members (Teachers) currently assigned to a school.
