  5. Student Profile Attendance Summary: allow both Period & Daily Attendance tracking

    We want to enable the Period Attendance tracking, but would like to retain the daily attendance tracking stats.

    Absences
    Unexcused Absences
    Days Present
    Period Tardies
    Period Absences
    Periods Unexcused
    Periods Present

    Period Attendance stats help better track truancy, but daily stats are aligned more with ADA tracking.

    If Transcript Things to Print (TTP) is blank (no items have been defined to print) certain test score records for the student will still print. Add an option to choose whether or not the tests print.

  8. Make the attendance FILL Periods field user specific

    on the attendance page FILL PERIODS section it needs to be user specific not site specific. if one user has it set to fill all periods and another user sets it to NOT fill all periods it gets confusing between users and what they are doing with it automatically changing between them as a whole. Users don't realize and submit it as an issue.

  9. Permission to put Red flag on graduation status page without giving permission to change graduation requirements

    Please allow districts to choose to give permission to users to put Red flags on the graduation status page without having to give them update rights to REQ table which allows them to then change graduation requirements.

  11. Add a field to Grades (GRD) to display completion percentage % of Course Progress

    We would like a field to include the student's course progress to be included on the report card. Teachers would be able to input the percentage the student has completed of the self paced course.

    As an example, there are students who have a current grade of A but have completed 10-20% of the course and other students who may have a D/F but have completed 80+% of the course. Having the progress percentage field would allow the report card to display the student's overall progress to include both the grade and course progress. Thank you.

  13. Allow Contacts to be Defined at the Family Level

    If parent/guardian is updated on sibling, parent/guardian gets updated on all siblings.

    Use case: Staff at school site only have access to update contacts at their school site. A contact (ie. Parent/Guardian) is on a sibling record at another school site and we would like to keep the data (f.name, f.name, email, address, all phone #'s) sync'd.

  14. SAML SSO to Sign in With Aeries

    Hello,

    While Aeries can serve as an IDP for login using Aeries credentials it would be nice to allow the configuration of SSO vendors to provide logins to Aeries instead. We use Classlink which supports a litany of SSO options from SAML OAuth etc. and it would be nice to allow students and teachers to SSO into their Aeries portals using Classlink as a resource.

  16. Aeries Mobile App Demo

    Is it possible to create an Aeries Mobile App Demo? We would like to show our parents how the mobile app works and how to sign in or create their accounts using the mobile app. Our parents require a lot of hands-on support and having an Aeries Mobile app demo would be wonderful.

  17. Data Validations Pop Up windows

    Have the "Possible Cause" and "Possible Solution" windows pop up to fully display the cause or solution when clicked or hovered over.

    Many times users do not scroll and assume that what's on the screen currently is the entire solution or cause for the validation.

  20. Print Attendance Notes Report Student Name

    Print Attendance Notes - When run from under View All Reports, if a student has multiple pages of attendance notes their name only prints on the first page. Enhance to display the student name at top of all of their corresponding pages.
