  1. Date Range for Data Confirmation Status Report

    Since parents should be confirming their data on a yearly basis, it would be nice to be able to have some additional choices on the Data Confirmation Status Report. Either an ability to default to the Current School year, or to show only data confirmed during the current school year, or a data range choice, something so that we can see who confirmed their data THIS school year.

    Currently, when you choose all or only those that have confirmed data, you get previous school year dates (sometimes even dates from 2 years ago).

  2. Create option to delete recurring assignments in bulk

    We have had a teacher create over 100 recurring assignment. It created over 100 of the same assignments in 5 gradebooks. Would like the option to delete recurring assignments in bulk instead of teacher deleting individually.

  3. Staff record- Cell phone field

    When editing a staff record, the edit window shows "mobile phone" and the display shows "Cell" could these be aligned so they show the same name to reduce confusion of what goes where?

  6. Prevent Parent and student account creation

    There is an option on the [School Options] page which allows you to disable outside users from creating parent AND student accounts. I would like these separated out. I want to disable all users from creating student accounts since these are managed centrally, but I still want to enable anyone to create a parent account (either through VPC or contact record Portal?=Y)

  7. Alt Ed Scheduling - Inactive Courses

    For a school with Alt Ed Scheduling turned on, editing courses in Course Attendance (CAR) record allows the user to update the course number to an inactive course but the same cannot be done in Classes (SEC). Either adding inactive courses should work in BOTH CAR and SEC or not at all in BOTH.

  9. Bell Schedule Page needs

    Working with the Bell Scheduler would be easier if schedules could be mass assigned and if you could see which custom bell schedule is assigned to a day.

    For example, if a 0 oeriod only meets on Tuesdays, it is currently necessary to 'touch' each Tuesday to add the bell schedule. Then it is necessary to select a day and click 'Show Schedule' in order to confirm the correct schedule is attached to a day with a custom schedule. It would be so much easier if the schedule code showed instead of an X.

  13. Consolidate multiple staff email addresses

    I would like to see email addresses consolidated to the staff table and limited to just 2 or 3 addresses (Main email, alt. email, Google email). From there they should be linked to other tables via the Staff ID.
    Currently there are about 4 places where an email address can be assigned to a staff member and none are linked so all can be different: Security, Staff record, Teacher record, and Google Email address (security record?). Systems that integrate with Aeries cannot pull the Google email via API and with 3 different locations for staff email addresses we regularly have…

  14. Add CA School Entry Date on Demographics Page

    I have a request from one of our secretaries. Their request is to have some of the demographic pages rearranged:

    "All the other school entry dates (US,District, School) are on the demographics page.

    BUT, you have to go to Language Assessment to get to entry in CA school. You don't even need to go into Language Assessment if you have an EL kid."

  15. Add Transcript Comments to Custom Text in TDF

    For Districts that want to add custom text to Transcripts Comments, perhaps a disclaimer or explanation, add the Transcript Comments field (STU.CO) as and option in TDF for school customized text.

  16. Standards Based Grades - Add previous and next arrows

    When inputting grades etc. on the SBG, the only way to get to the next student is to use the dropdown menu. Having "previous" and "next" arrows, in addition to the dropdown, would be much more convenient. Please make it look like the Student Data pages.

  17. Assertive Discipline - Ability to Enter multiple dispositions without having to Save after each one

    Currently the user has to click "Save" after each Administrative Decision (Dispositions) after entering a Violation. For instance if a student violated mask wearing and a warning and conference was performed, the user has to Add New Administrative Decision, enter Conference, click Save; Repeat the process to select Warning.

    It would be more efficient if it was possible to enter multiple Administrative Decisions and click Save once to enter all the dispositions.

  18. Data Confirmation - allow authorizations to be required even if only one option is available

    In the Parent Data update options, allow an Authorization to be required even if it just to accept the Authorization. Right now it has to be set to Accept or Deny in order to be required. We have many Auths that we just want to parents to Accept, but get skipped if not required.

  19. Standard the teacher input page does not "wrap"

    When some of the standards are very long (many words/characters) Aeries does not "wrap" the standard on the teacher input pages, which makes very difficult scrolling to the right and inputting grades.
