Create a Flex Pass for student rewards and opportunities
We are looking at ways to create study halls within our schedule (flex period). A time for make up or enhancement. Those with a 3.0 GPA or no homework would get to go to lunch 10 minutes early. They had great success as most kids wanted to go to lunch early so they got grades up and did their homework.
Could we create a FLEX PASS link on Aerie’s? If a student had no missing assignments or above a certain GPA they could click a link on their account and a FLEX PASS would pop up. It could link to…2 votes -
Add ability to Print Name and ID on Gradebook Summary
Want teachers to be able to print the Name and ID on the Gradebook Summary Report. We use this report as part of our end of term grading process and keep this information for challenge grade. We need on comprehensive report that list the student's assignments and their name and ID.

Supplemental Attendance
Pre-Enrollment: Ability for parents to sign up students and be directly populated into rosters. In addition, if they enroll students in one session, they would not be able to enroll their student in another session with the same date and time.

Attendance Letters - Provide the ability to turn off printing absences in the middle of the letter

Automate SSA Date
Consider adding a district option to remove SSA dates after three years. Allow districts to decide if that want the date updated automatically. Currently, it needs to be managed manually.

Online Enrollment - Add Enrollment ID
For easier locating and tracking, give the parent the Enrollment ID# (kind of like an application #) That they can write down to keep track and allow us to search by the enrollment id# and not only birthday and name. Its a unique number and would be a lot quicker to locate the application.

Validate STR addresses based on USPS standards
Aeries should validate addresses according to USPS address standards. To accept abbreviations such as SPC, UNIT, etc

Emergency Cards - Current term only
Currently Emergency Cards state the complete student schedules. It displays all classes whether Fall or Spring making the cards possibly more than one page. Please include an option for current term only. To me this makes so much more sense then having past terms printed as well possibly leading to confusion.

Add Transcript Comments to Custom Text in TDF
For Districts that want to add custom text to Transcripts Comments, perhaps a disclaimer or explanation, add the Transcript Comments field (STU.CO) as and option in TDF for school customized text.

Expand Intervention Details Category field
When you go to Interventions for a student and add or maintain Intervention Details, the Category field currently has a 3 character limit. We have some students where we need to enter four digits into this category field which is not currently possible. We would like the character limit for the Category field expanded to more than 3 characters.

Add Display Name Field in STF
Since there is no longer a field of TCH.TE when using Flex - we need a field that is used in various reports (Transcripts, Rosters, etc.) that districts can use to populate how they want a Staff Person’s name displayed and stay within the character limit.

Page of Ed Codes for back of Suspension letter
One of our sites mentioned that they are required to have the list of codes for the back of their suspension letters. Currently they have to print out their suspension letter then print on the back side of the page to include the codes. Could this be an automatic option to include a code page?

Financials - Online Store Manager
Would like to see some sorting options on the Online Store Manager page. This feature would make the page more user-friendly when working with a larger catalog. Would also like to see an option to make the item inactive. (something like making a student inactive)

Automatic GTE general record addition with addition of test scores in GTT
Right now, in order to add GATE testing scores, you have a record in the General tab, even if it's blank, something needs to be there. It would be great if uploading of test scores would trigger a record being added to the GTE General table in order for the upload to go through.

Print button for individual Discipline records
Add a print button when entering an individual discipline record instead of having to print all discipline records. Note: This is Discipline (not Assertive Discipline). There is currently no way to print an individual record.
