Suspension Letter ADS descriptions in SOC
Suspension letter - Enhance so If 2 ADS codes have the exact same description in SOC allow them to print together. Currently it only prints one code.

Allow a Keep option for reports and on rosters
Include a KEEP query button for reports so we have the option to KEEP students that were on the report. This would be helpful for any report for a teacher roster, gradebook, or where there are certain conditions of selecting the students on the report (ex. Repeated courses).

Require a District Calendar be Set
Require having a district calendar set up since not having one can affect certain extracts/functions in some instances such as CRDC, certain attendance reports, the profile page showing zero enrollments while logged in to the district, CALPADS extracts, etc.

Mass add student pictures
Mass Add Student Pictures may fail due to an issue like file system permissions; however, the "success" email will be sent, and there is no error in the Event Viewer. Enhance to provide better upload messages

Allow for more than one course to be listed as prerequisite
Currently, only one prerequisite course can be added. We need to be able to list 2 Ag Welding 2 classes as a prerequisite (one of the courses is dual enrolled). Either course should be listed as a prerequisite for Ag welding 3

Allow continuation schools to give students credits on a weekly basis then tally up all credits earned at semester for transcripts
Our Continuation school, like many others, award students course credit on a weekly basis to encourage attendance. We are currently tracking all of this on a spreadsheet but it would be so much better if we could utilize Aeries to somehow give the students their weekly credit and have it all total at Semester or Quarter.

On student search results, please show enrolled date, as well, so that we can easily choose the appropriate Demographics records? When a student has attended several schools in the district, it's not easy to choose the correct one without knowing the enrollment dates.

Attendance notifications for past days
We would like the ability to send out attendance notifications based on past days as well. We send out a follow up call for high school students whose absences still haven't been excused, but Aeries doesn't give us that option as it only looks at the codes for the day of. This is for Aeries Communications powered by ParentSquare.

Test Scores Page Grade Level
Test Scores page - If a Grade level is entered with a decimal Ex: 9.5 it is rounding up and displaying under the next highest grade level header.

Course Request Form Functionality Should Match Classes Form
Although a previous AeriesIdea request (Course Request page more like New Classes page from 2020) has now been listed as completed; the functionality of the CLASSES form has not been programmed for the Course Request Form (on Classes form, selecting the EDIT button on the banner above the course requests results in a "tile" view of all sections of all course requests, which allows a counselor to make changes while seeing available classes, class counts, etc.). Ability to translate student data related pages/forms in Aeries into other languages to print out
Have the ability to translate student data related pages in Aeries into other languages (like those languages available in the parent portal) so that we can print these pages in the home language for different purposes (i.e. expulsion packets, guidance packets, SART/SARB, etc).

Lockdown taking Attendance in an Emergency
We read a question on CITE regarding how to track where students are in the event of a lockdown. Attendance is not sufficient as students may have left the classroom to go to the bathroom, office, etc., or perhaps the lockdown occurred during a passing period/recess. In talking with my team, we feel we could build a lockdown attendance system within the confines of Aeries.

Display SBG Grading Window for Teachers
The Grades (GRD) report card indicates the start and end dates for the grading window when teachers access the Grades screen, but the start and end dates for SBG report card are not displayed in the Standards Based Grades screen.
Can the start and end dates for the SBG grading window be displayed on the Standards Based Grades screen too?
Having this information on the screen will really be helpful for the elementary teachers, so they can finish their report cards on time.

Unable to Query Time
Aeries Query can recognize dates BUT it cannot query Time. (ie if you want to query out a time range (9:30 Am thru 12:30 PM), you cannot use IF ST >= "9:30 AM" AND ST <= "12:30 PM"). Any time manipulation needs to happen in Excel. Please make a way to query out time!
