Ability to print transcripts by subject area. You can view by subject area but not print.

Hello, I wanted to let you know that work on this item was completed for the 1-Column Transcript design and released to customers on 2/17/2026. Here are the relevant revision notes:
Student Data > Grades > Transcripts and Reports > Student Transcripts: Enhanced (1-Column) transcripts will now print grouped by subject & school when the new Transcript Definition Group on Subject (S1) is checked.

This is critical for counselors in checking for transcript errors and evaluating graduation credits.

Yes this would be great for counselors evaluate graduation status/credits and courses pending. (Schedule the correct courses)

On the HIS page, you are able to sort by Subject. So, we would like to be able to print the transcript in this manner.

When counselors click the button to sort classes by subject area, have this new sort translate to the printed version of the transcript. Currently sorting by subject area is only viewable on the transcript page and the printed version reverts to the standard view. This would make credit checks much easier and faster for counselors.
