Is it possible for you to add the student grade to populate automatically when we add a new record under Activities and Awards?

Would like the Academic Marks tab in the Grade Reporting Codes and Descriptions page have an option to "Inactivate" Academic Marks.

With teachers sharing classrooms, it would be helpful to be able to run teacher rosters and sort by classroom and period. We keep hardcopy lists in the event of an emergency so teachers & subs can 'grab and go' but it takes time to manipulate the data and print in room number order to put into the classrooms.

Add an option to disable the Electives? dropdown on the Courses page under the California Specific tab, CSU/UC Entrance fields when a user enters an Elective in the Subject Area field. We feel this would prevent users from putting the Elective in both the Subject Area field and Elective field which causes CALPADS errors during reporting.

Please allow more integrating between linked gradebooks, so that teachers can see scores from ALL students on a particular assignment.

This helps with gauging understanding on a particular assignment, and entering late work from multiple class periods, and would allow uploading all grades for an assignment at once.

Would like an option to not use STJ records when determining available schools for teacher logins, limiting available schools to TCH records only. Early on, STJ records may not have been updated for the new year and often reflect prior-year's school, giving teachers a school choice that they should not have in the current year.

When using the alt ed scheduling features (which I love) the students' classes are being exported through the API and One Roster files as the generic Alt Ed Course that I created instead of course that it has been updated to. We need them to reflect the real course instead of the placeholder so that curriculum and assessment vendors that use these files can assign the correct content.

This is a request that the Define Required Fields page include the STF table. There are certain fields that are required when submitting a staff record up through CALPADS (such as Race, Ethnicity, etc.) and I often find many of my districts forgetting to fill this in when they add a staff member. The ability to define certain fields as required before they can save a staff record would be helpful.

The "Attendance has been updated" notifications that display while teachers take attendance may cover the attendance check boxes and while scrolling the page. This may commonly affect touch screen devices while being used in a positive attendance school. Adding the ability to either disable the notifications or display one alert over each other would help.

The SMS field for Students (STU.MPH) is available through the OneRoster extract that you create for me, but it isn't mapped in the OneRoster files through the API. It would be great if this could also be mapped in the API One Roster files.

We would like the ability to have a second set of locker assignments for the PE lockers.

It would be helpful to add an optional comment field in the ENR (and maybe subsequently the ATT table). In PowerSchool, the enrollment record has a comment field that is used for writing a brief note about the entry or exit record of the student

As the K-6 feeder districts we utilize the 6th grade promotion year as part of their email addresses. and that's the one component that is holding us back from turning on the integration.
Having something like [promotion-year] which could be tied to a school's High Grade, or the being able to do something like "[graduation-year] - 6" would be great.

Currently in the User file for the student role the SMS field is not mapped. It would be great if this could be mapped to the STU.MPH field that is available on the demographic screen.

When using the Mass Add Tab in Attendance Management - if there's a ReAdmit Slip, they need to be printed individually. Recommend adding a Print All option so the user can mass print the ReAdmit Slips for all students.

School Access page under security times out for districts with a large number of users. We are unable to utilize this feature.

The Create Pre-Enrolled Students process should have the ability to run this process only for certain grade levels. Aeries Client had this ability.
