  1. Add Edit to Academic Plan

    Add the edit feature to the courses added in academic plan. At the moment we only have the delete button which requires us to delete and then add a course, if we had the edit button we would save so much time.

  2. Sort MST Board & Flex SMS Board & Classes page headers by the flex period # instead of flex period time

    Can we add an option to sort the display of the MST board & Flex SMS Board and Classes page by the flex period # instead of the flex period time? My sites are used to seeing the display by period#, and the display by time confuses them, especially when they have paired the periods i.e. 1 & 4, 2 & 5, 3 & 6 have the same start and end times, and 1,2,3 are on A-Day and 4,5,6 are on B-Day.

    Currently, Online Enrollment only requires 1 contact to be added before proceeding. It would be great if Districts could choose the number of contacts required before proceeding.

  4. District Attendance Letters-Add ability to Print/Export to Excel the student list in Review Letters

    Sites need to be able to print the Pending Batch to Excel from the Review Letters section. Or enhance Aeries Query to include STU with CBD and Batch ID description so they can query the list.

    On the Staff Assets page to either no longer show inactive/retired Staff in the list or have the option to hide the inactive/retired staff names from the list

  6. Add Foreign Key between CRS and GEC Table (Graduation Endorsement Courses)

    Course ID numbers cannot be joined between CRS.ID and GEC.ECR

    Currently no LEA can query a add-on grad requirement course list.

    Aeries Users currently will need to query the GEC course numbers, then run a separate CRS List query typing out every course number using If/Or filters versus simply running query List GEC CRS ....

    Aeries Support (ticket #342913) has already acknowledged the missing database foreign key and advised to submit this idea.

    Any school district who has already adopted the Ethnic Gender Studies state grad requirement, is currently affected by this.

  7. Seating charts should not have to be in a grid

    Allow seats to be created that don't follow a grid. Let me make students in groups with aisles between them. We should be able to flexibly arrange our seating chart to match the desks in our classroom.

    This is a great report for cross checking discipline data. It would be a complete cross check if it included the incident number.

    Teachers often check the wrong student when completing their attendance by photo. Better and clearer spacing between the students would be very helpful.

  10. Term Column and dropdown on Academic Plans should honor terms - exclude Summer when not set as a term

    We do not want 'Summer' Term to show up on our Academic Plans when a school does not have a 'Summer' Term configured. The documentation states that the terms on the Academic Plan follows the Terms that are configured -- but this is not the case regarding Summer.

    Please add the Add-On Graduation Requirements to the TTP so that it can be added to all transcripts and not just one column transcripts.

  12. Calpads History Tab

    Add a comment box and the option to not 'POST' under the Actions column on the new CALPADS History tab. There have been incidents where we didn't use 1 of the files. For example, forgetting to exclude secondary enrollments when pulling an SPRG file gave me an Exit SPRG that I could post since the student in the file is secondarily enrolled.
    Defeats the purpose of keeping track when we are saying we posted something that we didn't.

  13. Create a Special Programs record for TK students who are imported from Online Enrollment

    Just like a Special Programs Foster record is created when a parent selects Yes on the Foster Survey, or a Special Programs Homeless record is created when the parent selects a specific response on the Residence Survey, we would like to see a record created for TK students.

  15. Transcripts-Dual Enrollment Credit School-Allow to Pull from CHI vs. LOC table

    A programming change occurred within the last two years to only allow the Dual Enrollment credit school to be entered from the LOC table instead of the CHI table. This is causing issues for us because there are times when students are enrolled at an out of district school when the Dual Enrollment course was completed and when they transfer to our district we need to enter the credit school as the out of district school and not a school within our district. Please look at changing this feature back to allow the CHI table to be used for entering…

  20. Online Enrollment - Sandbox for next year's registration process

    It would be great to be able to make and preview changes for the coming year's registration process in AIR without them immediately being "live" for the current year. This would also help to ensure things are working properly before parents dive in!
