    Independent Study Agreements - Enhance to allow more than one agreement to be added with same dates and status if needed for amended agreements. Enhance so it does not require two attempts to add the data.

  6. Scheduling Master/Master Schedule add customizable permission sets for different Staff Roles

    On the Scheduling Master and Master Schedule page, when a Section Staff is added and assigned as Primary Teacher, the permissions (Attendance Prm, Gradebook Prm, etc.) are automatically added (but can be changed).

    If a Section Staff is added who is not the Primary Teacher, can a customizable set of Permissions be added based on the Staff Role (SMS.SR/MST.SR)? Note that this could only work currently with the existing hard-coded Staff Roles, but that it would be nice if Staff Roles can ever be added, that the customer could input: "if this Staff Role, then these permissions."

    Texas State Reporting - Configure Scheduled Settings - When the End of School start Window date is set on the Extract Options area, enhance to have that date automatically update the Configure Scheduled Process Scheduled Process Settings End of School Start Window Date field to ensure accuracy of dates used.

  11. Teacher Last Name and Entire First Name

    When using Flex Scheduling or Staff Sections, Aeries pulls 1st initial/last name from staff by default. Please pull the entire whole first name. We have teachers with the same last name and the same first initial. This will lessen confusion for students when viewing schedules/class summary

  12. Add SELA ODS language to LAC table/Language Assessment page

    Add a field to Language Assessment page (LAC table) for SELA ODS language, next to EAC and EAD, so that we could see the language in the SELA ODS file for those students that have a discrepancy in language. The biggest reason for this is those students that we have marked EO, but are not EO in CALPADS. Right now we have to lookup each student in CALPADS to find their language, even though it's in the SELA ODS extract.

    Currently there is no option to print legal name on the student withdrawal form. This is forwarded to the new district and they are unable to find the student with the preferred name only.

  18. Have Ed Rights Holder value display on Contact Record whether it's 'Yes' or 'No'

    Currently, only when the 'Yes' value is selected for Ed Rights Holder will 'Ed Rights Holder' display on the contact record. If the value is blank or 'No,' Ed Rights holder does not display so for someone who does not have edit access to Contact records, they cannot determine whether the Ed Rights Holder value is blank or 'No.'

  20. ADA-Calculate 3/4 of an ADA option

    CDE recently changed Ed Code 46146 and 46146.5 specify minimum day requirements for dually enrolled students to allow us to claim ADA for a student only attending part time with us their High School and part time as a college student however there is no additional options in AERIES to calculate this. An option in AERIES would be very helpful in order for us to calculate this as accurate as possible.
