Removing users from user groups upon disabling their staff account
I would like when we inactivate a staff member and it disables the user account, that it also removes the staff member immediately from the user groups. In clearning out our user groups, I still show MANY users that have been disabled.

Course History Institutions list does not scroll completely.
The Course History Institutions list does not scroll all the way thru (only to 1950 in our case), so if the user doesn't do the search exactly, they might assume a district/school hasn't been added. We should be able to scroll thru the entire list of Institutions.

CALPADS SENR and SPRG ODS Process for Multiple CDS codes
Modify the CALPADS SENR and SPRG ODS process to allow uploading multiple schools with different CDS codes within one Aeries database. This would help Charter schools and COEs.

MOVE GPA History (GRG) from the Extracurricular Activities Page to it's own page under GRADES. I have the need to calculate cumulative GPA for only T1, T2, T3 of the current year only to determine end of year awards. The cumulative GPA counts either current term or ALL grades in the transcript page. I currently have to query the GPA for the correct terms, then export into excel and calculate the cumulative YEAR GPA. It would be nice to first of all have these term GPA's in an appropriate location like under GRADES, then to have aeries calculate cumulative GPA…

Better way to do letters for suspension days that roll over from the prior year
The Request assigned and served days in ADS works okay for students that get suspended on the last few days of school and need to finish serving their suspension the next year; however, the letter that prints only shows the days served in the prior year and not the full suspension details. It would be better if we could either print both letters, which you currently can't print because the next year is not set up, or link the suspensions and have the letter include all the dates and details.

SENR Reconciliation for Prior Years
Please add an option to reconcile SENR for prior years using the existing SENR ODS Reconciliation system/logic. Currently, when making adjustments to past enrollment data (ie. family claimed to be moving to another CA district but left the state instead, causing an ERD), the adjustments need to be made manually in both Aeries and CALPADS. We'd like to be able to only make the changes in Aeries and use the standard reconciliation process.

Online Enrollment limit schools in the dropdown menu
For Online Enrollment on the Other District Enrollment Page when selecting What was the most recent school attended at this district to be able to select what schools you want to show in the dropdown menu. Currently, all schools show and they would like to select the schools that show.

Improve the Search Functionality
We have had several complaints about how the student search works. Users cannot enter First Last because it pulls no results. Similarly, two last names with no hyphen does not work. Fuzzy search makes it worse.
It would be helpful to have a more dynamic/intuitive search similar to how the ctrl+F command works, as most other SIS have.3 votes -

Student Data Audit Report- Add the Discipline Incident ID
It would be good to add the Incident # for any CALPADS discipline errors that show up on the Student Data Report. That way we can go directly to the incident that needs correction instead of having to look through multiple reports. Some of these students will have multiple reports.

Highlight school entry date on language page
Please highlight the School Entry date on the language assessment page to indicate it's a required and reportable CALPADS field.
The staff that view the language page is not the same staff that enroll the student. When a student is enrolled the school entry is auto-populated with the current date which is 90% of the time not the student's first day of school. It's our Language Assessment staff (verifying for ELPAC) who will verify if the dates are correct and/or match based on the school's actual enrollment and will update this field. Data Confirmation and FRE responses Income Survey Audit page
Create an Audit page for Data Confirmation FRE responses that does not feed directly into the FRE table. Instead have the responses feed into a queue, similar to the military and residence survey audit pages.

ENR Table in Query
When running a query on the ENR table it only pulls enrollment history from the database you are currently in, limiting all enrollment history pulled to information users already have. If the ENR table could be used to pull all enrollment history regardless of which database you are in it would give much more helpful and robust data!
