Discipline Entry Notification - NON Teacher Adds
Add the ability for the email address defined in Portal Options on the Miscellaneous Tab to receive alerts anytime an admin enters DIS records in addition to when a teacher enters DIS.

We have many Classified staff that enter Discipline records. It would be very helpful to our Admin to receive notifications when any Discipline record is entered.
