  3. Emergency or other Friend Contact

    It would be helpful if a parent can add an emergency or friend contact without having all of the other options such as portal, email, and attendance notifications display. So basically if a parent chooses a relationship as an emergency or friend then all of the other options disappear.

  4. Create a report that contains GPA calculations per term

    When you print a transcript, you can see each term (per year) contains a GPA calculation. Though on Aeries, there is no report that contains this kind of data, it is something we have to calculate on a spreadsheet. Would be helpful to have a report within Aeries can be adjusted and downloaded that contains GPA calculations based on the term you select from previous years, not just recent.

  5. Icon to view Password Data Entry

    It would be wonderful if we could get the "reveal" icon on both the login screen and the screen for changing/updating passwords. You know, that little eye that when you click on it the ***** are changed to what you're typing. This would cut down on the complaints that they have to go through the "change password" cycle multiple times when their password has been reset because they can't see if they're entering it the same way twice. Banks have it, why not Aeries?

  8. Online Enrollment - Allow entry of mobile phone to satisfy phone entry requirement

    During the data entry for Emergency Contacts during online enrollment, a parent is presented with an error if they only enter a mobile phone number, but nothing in the "primary phone number" field. We don't want people double entering the same phone number, and in this day, most people only have a mobile phone. It would be great if an entry in either field satisfied the data entry requirement. Even better: allow users to specify which fields are required!

  10. CCMR - College, Career & Military Readiness Status

    We would like for CCMR Status to be easily seen like the endorsement widgets on the Student Profile. If marked as complete, it would list the indicators they have completed. A report that can list all students in the school and their status/indicators completed would also pair nicely with this.

  11. Pre-Referral Interventions - Refer button for teachers

    From Support Ticket: 333302

    Apparently for Teachers, in order for the "Refer to Intervention" button to appear, in addition to the Read and Insert permission.... something needs to be entered on all four tabs: Details, Interventions, Reasons, Parent Meetings and Contacts.

    This requirement is NOT called out in the documentation page:

    Also, this is not a requirement for Admin users (making this extra confusing).

    Suggestions:
    1) If all that is required to create a referral is Read and Insert on the RFI table (as is suggested by the documentation), then enable the button if the user has those privileges…

  14. Attendance Audit Listing report: add "Unverified Absences older than __ days" error

    Could a single error message print first on the report, if the school has Unverified Absence codes in ATT.AL (I don't know if it would be necessary for Period absences?) and they are older than two weeks? 30 days?

    I don't think the error has to specify the student(s) or date(s). I was imagining something like this: "Unverified Absence code(s) in the All Day field exist and are older than fourteen days. Run the Students with Unverified Absences report or load the Attendance Management page for more details."

  15. IEP/504 Notification

    I want every teacher's gradebook, attendance roster, etc. to have the code "IEP" or "504" next a students name (as a link to the uploaded IEP/504 or to a field with accommodation/modification information) in the same way it says "SSA" for students who have been suspended. When entering grades in the gradebook, teachers often forget which students need modified grading and what those modifications are. This also allows teachers immediate access to this information.

    Medical Dates especially screening dates should not be in the future.

    Make sure entered dates are current or past.
    Exclude medication schedules, medications, insurance dates and history.
