Custom Marks/Categories and Google Classroom Integration
Right now my teachers have to grade in 2 different places because our custom marks and categories in Aeries can't be entered on Google. We would love to just be able to grade in Google Classroom.

Multi Student Search - Display More Fields
Add the ability to customize which fields display on the Multi Student Search Results list, allowing for at least 4 more fields to display. The ones I most wish to see are: CID, LF, SP, AP1

Update code Table - Sort Order
When adding codes to the "Update Code Table" The order is pre populated with numbers on top and alphabets underneith in ABC order. For instance I have to make a user field for SARB and the drop down is in the order of 1, 2, 3 and PRE last when I would like to put the PRE SARB letter before the 1.

Student Account Disabled Email
When Student Portal Accounts are disabled in Aeries, the automated email that is received mentions the student’s Parent Portal Account has been disabled. Adjust verbiage in the automated email to be parent or student specific depending on which account has been disabled.

Make Print Legal Name an Option for Critical Student Data Reports
add the "Print Legal Name" option to other screens like, for example, Attendance, Immunization, Test scores, Discipline and Grad status. These items are what we send out to other districts/schools when they request records.

Parent Educational Level Survey in the Portal Options under the Parent Data Changing Tab
We would love to have a Parent Ed Level survey similar to the Income Survey.
Each Parent Level response could then be inserted in the CON.ELV field in the Contacts (CON table) just like FRE code assignments from the income survey are inserted into the FRE table.

Add attendance note prompt screen to confirm record deletion OR seperate save and delete button
In the Attendance Note window the save and delete button are right next to each other and often times the delete button is accidently hit and the entire record is instantly deleted. It would be most helpful if the buttons were separated OR if there was a "Are you sure you want to delete this record" prompt came up to protect the date entered.

Enhance the Discipline Incidents Page at the district level to include Stu ID#/School #. Different students could have the same SN# at different school sites.

Instructional Minutes Report for the Year
When we get audited the auditors always want a report that pulls the instructional minutes for the year. There used to be a report for this in CS that would calculate it off the calendar and the bell schedule. This would be a huge time saver.

Change Classes Trash Can button to a Drop button when making Schedule changes
The trash can button freaks a lot of end users out because they think they are permanently deleting the students class from Aeries. We have to reassure a lot of users that the information is still stored in Course Attendance and that button only "deletes" the class from the Classes page. It would be a lot more clear if the Trash Can was replaced with either a Drop link or a Drop button. Main goal is to change it to Drop rather than Delete. I believe this is how it was in the old classes?

Can "Participated" be added to the Testing Status menu in the Testing Information Box in addition to Not Passed or Passed.
Per the CDE we are only tracking Participation. It would be appropriate to be able to select participated instead of Pass or Not Passed.

Gradebook Scores by Assignment
On the Gradebook Scores by Assignment page there are only certain Absence codes that will display for the Teacher to see but not all.
Can the Update Absence Code screen have an option to allow the District to determine what should show on Gradebooks?
For example:
On the Attendance form you can see the student tagged on 9/5 with P - Parent Request.
Scores by Class only shows NA
Scores by Assignment shows NA but the Teachers would like to have ALL Attendance codes show that display on the Attendance screen.2 votes -
Mass Import Files to Student Documents
Requesting the ability to mass import files such as PDFs into Student Documents. The filenames would be the students' ID numbers. The import should match on student ID. The import should have the ability to mass populate dates, categories, subcategories, and related to fields as well as the ability to lock the records being imported.

Master Schedule Report
When running the MS Report, the teacher name is cut off due to the Staff ID's appearing before the name. Remove the Staff ID's and show only the staff name. Or add an option to show or hide the staff ID.

Foster Survey Audit - Limit to eligible students
The foster survey audit is listing both eligible and non-eligible students which creates an issue for the school sites trying to reject hundreds of records that will not need a special program record. It would be great if the non-eligible records did not display in the foster survey audit, just like the residency and military audits that only display eligible students.

Enable HTML for Portal Document Requests Descriptions
The main description text for all document requests has a rich editor with html support, but the per-document request descriptions does not. We are collecting parent photos for on-campus badges at the elementary level and would like to put an example photo / link thereto in the specific document request item for these parent photos and not the main area that covers all document requests. thank you.

Enhance the Online Enrollment Admin Console to do an input validation to ensure COD values entered in places like the STU User Codes and Supplemental Codes areas honor the max length a field can be given.

Mass Add Attendance
In Mass Add Attendance--for all day, we need it to populate each period separately instead of us having to choose each period individually. Even though we can mark all day, it doesnt populate the periods

Base STU.CNS on Non Classroom based job assignment code
Base STU.CNS on Non Classroom based job assignment code. We use pupil services for our school psychologists. Site users are seeing the psychologist in the counselor field when they shouldn't be able to.
