Automatically trigger a password reset when a user account is changed to an admin account
If a user-type or teacher-type account is changed to an admin-type account, automatically send an email with a password reset link to the email address on file for that account. If the account username/password had previously been compromised, the password reset link going directly to the user's email address will add an extra layer of security when elevating the accounts permissions.

Report Cards (All types) - Skip Pre-Enrolled
The option to include inactive students when printing report cards/creating report card history should not include pre-enrolls.

Demographics - Calculate Cohort Based on Expected Grad Year
The Cohort year field STU.CHT should be advanced based on the first enrollment date ENR.ED, not the grade ENR.GR.
For high school districts, students do not always start with us in grade nine. For those that don't, the STU.CHT does not display the correct cohort year and is useless to us.4 votes -
Can we make Demerits a permission on its own for students to see through their portal?
Right now, you would have to give permissions for students to see ALL of assertive discipline to see the demerits. It would be helpful if students can log in and only see demerits so if it can be its own optional permission under guidance that would be great!

Assertive Discipline - Demerits letter
We have letters for discipline but we have not way to incorporate a letter for demerits. We us demerits in conjunction with detention up to a certain point. This would be so helpful!

Avery labels - Add Option "To the Parent or Guardian of:" to allow printing to ALL Students
Add an option to the Avery Labels that allows a school to print "To the Parent or Guardian of:" in the label when addressing to parents instead of pulling the name from Demographics (STU.PG).

Special Education - Add Severely Disable
Would like to request a field added to the Special Education page to add the Severely Disabled options from SEIS. It would be beneficial to be able to run reports for non-Seis users.

Data Confirmation - Allow Add to Documents Confirmation Log
It is important to us to be able to add a student record in the Documents Confirmation Log (DCL). When a family does not complete data confirmation via the parent portal, we will often have them complete a paper packet. We are able to add a record in authorizations but not in Documents.

Portal Options - Allow Finalizing Grade Posting by grade level
At end of year we often finalize grades with graduating students grades being due first. Because we have different deadlines we often aren't able to finalize grades for seniors and are only able to do this in the transcripts. There is no way for us to copy grade history without copying it for all students. There should be a way to do this by grade level to support year end activities.

Tracking Athletic Physicals (date & exp. date) and Participation in Sports & Activities
We need a place to track Athletic Physicals by date/ expiration date. Additionally, it would be nice to track participation in sports, clubs, etc. at the middle school level.

Mass Copy Gradebooks without existing assignments
A gradebook shouldn't have to have an assignment in order for it to be copied in the Mass Copy Gradebooks feature.

Add-on Graduation Flexibility
Give schools the ability to use "add on graduation requirements" that are not attached to courses and that do not give credit. For example for high schools that REQUIRE service hours to graduate, I would like to be able to add to all seniors an add on requirement to complete 40 hours of community service.

SBG Progress report
Now that we have the option to do SBG progress reports, we would like separate standards based options. Our report card is two pages but the progress report is only one. We could have options to print report cards portrait and progress reports landscape. We don't necessarily want the language option on the progress report but we do on the report card. If we had separate options we can set them for each and not have to go back and forth for each reporting period. We would also like the ability to removed the 2nd page on progress reports as…

District Level Attendance Widget to Filter Be Able to exclude certain attendees on Dashboard
The ability to filter out the district level attendance to include only certain schools or exclude certain schools. For example, I am in an adult high school district; But we offer CTE and Work Experience not necessarily related to the high school and ADA. (It depends on if the student is using CTE or Work Experience as electives for their high school degree or not). We would like to be able to exclude the non-high school student from the attendance widget at the district level.

Disable features in the SANDBOX
Disable the Online Enrollment Student Import feature in the SANDBOX. We could not find a student that had been imported. Found out later that the student had been imported to the SANDBOX.

Allow parents to list preferred name/gender in addition to legal name gender when enrolling their student.

Pre Referral Warning after so many
It would be very helpful and useful if a warning box could be added to the Pre-Referral Intervention page that indicates the next Pre-Referral requires a Referral to Interventions. Allow districts to indicate how many pre-referrals are required before the warning is triggered. Notifying the teacher or staff that their pre-referrals now require a Referral to Interventions.

Adult Education - Add Miscellaneous Field for Booking
At Riverside County Office of Education, we also need a miscellaneous field to add incarcerated student's booking numbers. We had this on our original custom form.
