Gradebook Summary report - add option to print the actual missing assignments instead of just the number of missing assignments. This would help our VP and Counselors see a true gradebook summary profile of their students. Ref ticket 379338

Home Reporting School to be honored when using District Attendance Letters
We have a Jr High and HS as one school. What distinguishes them is student data 2 - Reporting Home School. When sending out attendance letters at district level, the Home reporting school is not honored which creates duplicate attendance letters.

Custom footers for each Discipline letter type
After creating your letter types (Expulsion, Suspension and In-house suspension), being able to create footers that are specific to each letter type. Samples as follows.

District Attendance Letters - Have the ability to query (CBD/CBS) pending/generated letters that have yet to be sent along with STU.
District Attendance Letters - Have the ability to query (CBD/CBS) pending/generated letters that have yet to be sent along with STU so as to differentiate between schools especially since these letters are generated at the district level. Allow the database definition for CBD/CBS with STU so that a list of students can be provided.

Standards Based Grade - Push Standards Based Option Overwriting Grade -1 Report Card Type
The Push Standards Based Options pushes all of the Grade Level Report Card Types to each of the selected schools. There is an issue with the -2 grade level in that it is pushing to both the -2 grade level and the -1 grade level. If, for example, the -2 grade level report card type is "blank", then the "blank" report card type is overwriting the setting for the -1 report card type in the schools that it is pushing to.

Eligibility Calculation in one Report
We are a high school district and at every 6-week grading period we calculate eligibility based on the following criteria: no more than two 'F's, 2.0 GPA or better, 90% attendance (basically no more than 3 absences in any one period for the grading period), no more than 6 tardies total and no suspension (in-house included). Currently to gather this data it involves running five different processes in AERIES. I believe all high schools could benefit from something like this where different variables could be put into place.

Online Enrollment - Pop-up Window for pre-enrollment
Can a pop-up window be configured to show up when pre-enrollment is open and a parent chooses to enroll or pre-enroll their child? The window would say something along the lines of "You have selected to enroll your student for the current school year. Is this correct?" and "You have selected to enroll your student for next school year. Is this correct?"

Add a new CST indicator based on CST.PL ... (or maybe add a dropdown field to choose either CST.RS or CST.PL).

Student Singleton Conflict Report
Add a Scheduling Report that will show students who have singleton conflicts. This is different than a course vs course singleton conflict report.
Having a report that lists students who have a singleton conflict will reduce scheduling time significantly.

Scheduling Mass Change Sections (SSS)
If a school has no students in the highest grade level present in LOC.HI, enhance the Scheduling Mass Change Sections (SSS) page to use the grade level present in STU.NG that has this grade level present.

Aeries Attendance Summary - Display Period Attendance
High schools use period attendance but the attendance summary only displays daily attendance totals. This is confusing to parents when they see this in their parent portal when they are trying to calculate truancy or 90% attendance. If the attendance summary was updated to include period attendance totals this would be extremely helpful for high schools.

Demographics - Mass add counselor function
Can we get a way for counselors to mass add themselves on the STU.CU field? This is an issue for us every year. We don't like giving them change query capability for data integrity/security reasons.

Standards Based Grades - Allow the use of a checkmark to be given as a grade
We would like to be able to use √, +, - for marks on the report card. Is there anyway to put a "√" as the actual grade in Standard Based Grades. I want the teachers to be able to use a √ in either a free entry box on the report card or make it one of their drop down choices to choose from. In the past, in our other SIS report cards, we had √, +, - as choices instead of a 1,2,3,4.

Classes - Create View "Fall", "Spring", Term 1, Term 2, Term 3, etc. and don't show terms not selected
Create a checkbox to View "Fall", "Spring", "Term 1", "Term 2", etc and when not selected, the courses for that term are NOT showing. Although currently, there is a "Schedule Only Spring", Fall courses are still showing.

Add Page numbers to (3-Column) Transcript
The new enhanced 1-column transcript does not have page numbers, or basic information such as student ID on every page. Adding this information will help ensure that pages don't give mixed up when printing a lot of them at once. It will also ensure the recipient of a transcript has received all pages, by displaying page numbers

Send Emails - Include District Settings CON.CD that identify the Parent/Guardian
The current setting for the Send Emails > Add Recipients page includes the Primary email address found in Demographics (STU.PEM), Contacts with AP = Y , which does not clarify that it is used for the Send emails option, the field only displays Portal?, and any linked portal accounts.
Since we now have gone to enabling in the District Settings > Codes Identifying Parent/Guardian in Contacts (CON.CD), the Send emails should also pull this information to be accessible to all teachers and support staff.

Letter Text Editor - I would like the permissions to be separate for attendance and discipline
We have set all of the attendance letters for the district and don't want anyone editing the info as they include ed. code and last year a site decided to make up their own. We took away editing permissions. However, that also affects the permissions for the APs to edit the suspension letters. It's all or none and I'd love for it to be separate so they can send what they need for discipline but have no access to change the attendance letters.
