Add a button to authorize the secure transfer of enrollment records between Aeries schools in different districts
When a student is enrolled in an Aeries school and now wants to matriculate into another Aeries school (for instance, moving from a middle school to a high school in a different district), allow for a parent to authorize the secure transfer of their enrollment records and any other necessary data to the second school.
This would save the family from needing to go through re-enrollment again and having to upload the same set of documents they already provided to the first school.

Provide a total for instruction days at the end of every month on the Attendance Calendar report.

College Entrance Req's - Extend the "Course Completer Override" field to allow overriding UC/CSU a-g status to "N"
The College Entrance Req's page has a "Course Completer Override" dropdown that allows us to override Aeries if it calculates that a student isn't UC/CSU a-g eligible but we know they are. That field has the values "Y" (override and make the student eligible) and blank (use the Aeries calculation).
Extend the field to allow the value "N", for cases where Aeries thinks the student is UC/CSU a-g eligible but we determine that they are not.

Independent Study Agreements - Upload Work Product
We would like to request the ability to upload work products in the Independent Studies Agreement table, which can be linked back to the Student Documents table, similar to how documents can be added to the 504 and Intervention tables.

A-G Status Letter Text Editor
Create an A-G Status Letter Text Editor similiar to that of the Graudation Status Letter Text Editor. This will allow us to provide a customized A-G letter for students and parents that provides a more personalized message/report to increase results!

Medical Care Plan Page
I would like to request a Care Plan Page for Medical that Teachers can see (similiar to a 504 plan screen) so that care plans can be entered and viewed by all even if the student has a schedule change or the teachers misplace the hard copy care plan given to them at the beginning of the year.

Data Audit Informational messages
Student Data Audit - For Program fields that are not state reporting highlighted fields, display them on the audit report as informational instead of errors.
Ex: Participation program without participation start date for PGM.CD = 1933 votes -
Years in TREx export are out of sequence.
When exporting data through TREx the Academic Sessions are out of sequence, it would be nice if they were pulled and listed in order when sending exports to other districts and colleges.

MST Board - Option to Lock/Unlock Sorting
When working on future scheduling, I have admin users who need to keep the sorting options the same as they work through the courses/teachers.
It would be helpful to be able to lock/unlock the sort options so that they do not have to be reset each time the MST Board loads.

Program alerts - imported students
When a new student is enrolled (and upon importing), if the family has indicated (through supplemental questions) that the student is homeless, foster, tribal youth, EL, special ed, etc...., we would like a place to enter an email address to receive email "alerts" similar to discipline. For example, if the student is homeless, then our social worker would receive an alert a new homeless student has entered the district, etc.... Thank you.

Grade Reporting - Calculate and Display a Yearly Cumulative GRD GPA
We would like to calculate and display a current year cumulative GPA:
on the GRD Report Cards,
in the Parent Portal,
and in a report for end of year awards.The yearly cumulative GRD GPA is needed to calculate end of year awards and to monitor students. There is also no way to print out a yearly cumulative GPA on the report card. Our Trimester 3 report card should be cumulative for the year and it's not. We have to print out 3 separate report cards with 3 separate GPAs to file in the cums.

Allow districts to have field level security to Medical History (MHS) Fields
Every year as parents complete the Data Confirmation Process they update their child's "Age" and "Grade" only on the Medical History page which causes our nurses to receive hundreds of unnecessary emails from Aeries. As a result, SVUSD would like to hide "Age" and "Grade" from parents in the Aeries Parent Portal.5 votes -

Allow controls on the Aeries Admin end to limit API endpoints based on STU.SC and STU.TG values so we have control over broad requests made by a vendor which pull student records that may have never been intended to go into their system.

Flex Scheduling Staff Section list - include all staff when searching
Currently staff only show in the SSE dropdown list if they already have an SSE record or an STJ record with CD = 12. Whenever we have other staff that need adding, we have to enter their ID to get them to show up.
It would be incredibly useful if we could search for staff not in the original list by their name as well as by ID.

Create Medical Documents Page Which Can Be Secured
We would like a page in Aeries where nurses can upload documents like Medical Orders which can be kept highly secure. (Treated similarly to the Medical Notes (MNO) where maybe nurses can view and insert, but only the nurse admins can delete. Possibly even ways to limit the uploaded document to only be viewed by the user that uploaded the document and those with administrative access to the page.
The nurses are using outside systems to store medical documents, but it would be great to integrate their work within Aeries. This would allow nurses to share digital vetted information while…

GPA Widget and Notifications on IOS Aeries Parent’s app
Dear Reader,
I am constantly checking my grades. The amount of time I open Aeries everyday is absurd. It would save me much time, and be an amazing feature if there was a widget for you iOS app that told me my GPA. Additionally, it would be amazing if I could actually receive notifications from the Aeries app about new grades or other things which I could customize. On the online website I saw something about notifications, and allowed notifications, but it did not work.
