Field Level access restriction for District Assets
Add field-level permissions or allow certain users to access only one or part of the data in the District Assets Table. This would allow us to give access to add instruments for our music department and we would then be able to make sure they can not get access to Technology department. Without Field-level permissions, anyone with access has the keys to the kingdom.

Contact Changes in the LOG Table
Enhance the product to increase the amount of logging for contact changes for all accounts (parent/student/teacher/admin) to ensure that all changes (create/update/delete) made to contact information are captured.

Delete Linked contact from Demo when Deleted from Contacts
Please have linked contact information auto-delete from the student's Demographics page when the contact record is deleted from Contacts.
We had a parent lose custody of their student and when the contact record was deleted we later realized, that the system did not delete it from the linked telephone fields STU.FW, STU.FX, STU.MW, or STU.MX. Even though that number no longer existed in Contacts.

Early Childhood Development Form - Populate fields that are collected from the Early Childhood Development page
When certain fields are updated on the ECD page, have those fields prepopulate to the EESD-9600 Form when available.

Add Print option on Referrals to Interventions page
Add a Print option on the Referrals page like/similar to the Print option that was recently added to the Pre-Referral Interventions page.

Accessing and Printing Seating Charts for Co-Teachers
Allow co-teachers to access the seating chart the primary teacher created instead of having the co-teacher create a new seating chart. Allowing co-teachers to access and edit the seating chart will ensure that both teachers are on the same page.

Send ParentSquare messages from Aeries
Our teachers are always looking for ways to simplify workflows and have fewer clicks. They would love to have a way to send a ParentSquare message to a parent/student directly from Aeries, rather than having to go into ParentSquare and locate the student there. They requested a "Message" button in Aeries that would automatically take them to the Direct Message page in ParentSquare.

Staff ID instead of user name as unique identifier
Use the Staff ID number instead of the user name as the unique identifier in the log tables. We would like to be able to re-use inactivated email addresses. It's not possible now since the Aeries username comes from the email address.

Scores by Class - Add ability to remove zeroes from the class average
The class average data is faulty if there are several student who have not completed the assignment. Many student and parents do not recognize this and think there is something wrong when the average is low for an assignment. Having an option to remove it would eliminate the need to try an educate them why the scores drop when 25% of the students are a no-show.

Hide the Summer Alternate Course Request section in Student/Parent Portal
Hide/Not show the "Summer Alternate Requests" section if alternate course request is not enabled. This will make the portal view much "cleaner" when there are many summer schools are listed.

Mass Add attendance notes WITHOUT daily attendance code
Can you please create the option to mass add attendance notes WITHOUT having to include an attendance code? We only take attendance during 2nd period, so if a student is tardy to school, we just make an attendance note for the day. The option to only add an attendance note and not change the student's daily attendance code would be a huge time saver. I know there is a Tardy option, but we have been asked not to use that code at my school.

Global Messages - New UI Cuts Off Images
Prior to the UI if a Global message had an image the full image and message were displayed on the home page.
After the UI staff, parents, and students need to click on the message to view the entire message and image. This defeats the purpose of capturing staff, parents, and students' attention for an important event or message.

Link STR (Street Table) to STU in Query. This can be linked to AD (Address) and the street number between the Hi and Low numbers.

Create a free text comment field so districts are able to add notes to a Leaver via the Leaver Manager.

Demographics - Add a field for a Community College ID
As Dual Enrollment programs increase in California, there must be a place to store Community College information in Aeries. By creating a field that can be queried, it would allow K12 staff to identify students and create a more streamlined communication with community college partners.

Single Year Capstone Course mark students as participants through Career Pathways Management
Under Career Pathways Management, you can't mark a student as a participant for Single Year Capstone course(s). Depending on how many students are in the Career Pathway, having to go through each student to manually mark them as a participant or a completer is a waste of time management. The filtering on the Career Pathway Management page should be able to identify students in single-year capstone courses and allow you to click the Participant option.

In Residence Survey Add a Comment Box and End Date.
Add a comment box and end date option to the Residence Survey Audit. Currently, our parent liaisons will reach out to each parent/student listed in the Residence Survey Audit list to confirm Homeless/Residence status. A comment box would be beneficial to enter notes and staff initials. Even one comment box that will apply to all confirmed records.
Also adding an End date to be populated. Since a homeless student can keep their homeless status all year we populate the end date as the last day of school when a record is created.

New Year Rollover (NYR) make processing of UGN optional.
Please make it an option to process unused user accounts (UGN) as some districts do not want to purge old accounts. Some districts mass create UGN accounts before the rollover process in preparation for the new year. The new change recently made to the rollover process wipes out these accounts.

Physical Fitness Test Analysis Report
Physical Fitness Test Analysis Report - The report currently uses the STU table, which is inner joined with the PFT table on the Student ID to produce data. The data results printed on the report is based on STU.CU instead of PFT.CU. For more accurate results it should look at PFT.CU
