Create a second user category for Multi Factor Authentication
Having an additional "user" category would enable us to apply Multi Factor authentication to just a select group of users, not all users. Something like "Users" and "Confidential Users".

Is there a way to add another type of group to the MFA users, currently there is only admin,user,teacher.
