    When a Data Validation is run, we would like to see the total query execution time for all schools, not just the one school that took the longest.

    Have multiple options for calculating overall mastery of a standard in the standard-based gradebook. For example, using a decaying average (weighting more recent items higher) to calculate a student's mastery of a particular standard.

  7. Interventions - Use check boxes instead of drop downs

    Make check boxes for admins/principals to select instead of drop downs to the prior interventions, reasons & concerns and student strengths areas. This will expatiate the process while in an IEP meeting and discussing the students interventions.

  9. Print Readmit Slip from Medical Notes or Medical Log

    Request a readmit slip, under medical log for students getting seen in the health office. Schools have a high number of medical daily visits and having a program thru Aeries that is able to print health visits onto a 3 ply NCR DOT MATRIX PRINTER would be very efficient.

  12. Print Letters to Parents - Change wording on dropdown box to remove reference to terms

    On the Print Letters to Parents settings form it refers to a number of absences/tardies "this trimester" or "this semester" in the dropdown box. This report actually uses the Count Attendance Between Start Date and End Date field and has nothing to do with what the drop down says (trimester).

    Please change the wording from the drop down box to remove reference to a term. This can be confusing, because not all schools/Districts create letters on a per term basis. Should for example if the dropdown displays "7 or more days this trimester" it should be changed to "7 or…

  13. Update Online Course Request

    The current online course request structure does not match well with how IUSD does course requests. The current system requires students to select courses from specific subject areas and then offers them the option to select an alternate for that course.

    This is not ideal as it only allows a course-by-course alternate, rather than for prioritization.As the number of electives expands and course options grow wider, students often have three, or even as many as six, "electives." Some of these electives might even meet other subject area requirements, such as taking AP Stat and AP Calc.

  14. Allow Report Card Type code value to be longer

    Currently STU.RC is limited to 3 characters. This is not enough report card types if we have to create an individual report card for each special education students. COD.CD is limited to 6 characters, and I can probably make that work, but even that will be tight.

  15. Public Course Catalog, by School

    Better search/display of the Courses in a 'Course Catalog'. Ideally it would be a form inside of the
    User/Admin/Teacher/Student/Parent portals, as well as publicly accessible. Parents and students would like to
    see the full course description in a clean & clear way to digest the course catalog when they are making
    course requests.

    Instead of exporting the course catalog from Aeries and posting separately online, we would like to direct families ( current, future, & past ) to a PUBLIC link that does not require a sign-in to search courses.

  16. Aeries DR - Disaster Recovery for On Prem Clients

    Ability for Aeries to keep a hot-spare backup of on-prem AeriesSQL data in the Aeries Hosted Cloud.

    1. District would need a way to send data to Aeries nightly

    2. Ability for Aeries to verify SQL backup was received / checked

    3. Ability for Aeries Hosted to be turned on after an issue

    Would be an added cost, but would provide Districts a solution for Districts experiencing an emergency ( Fire / Cryptolocker issue /
    Server failure / extended power outage / network infrastructure issue ).

  17. Teacher Attendance - Show SSA violation code instead of SSA date when hovering over date

    On the Teachers Class Attendance page, when a student has the red SSA date next to their name, can the violation code and date be shown instead of just the SSA date when hovering over the red SSA.

  19. School of Choice Management - Create a Read Only Permission that is Site specific

    Currently, Admin security type or Administer permissions to School of Choice Requests (SCR) is required for any user to view and/or edit the School of Choice Management page. This allows users to view and edit all School of Choice requests. Users want a way for permissions to grant read only permissions to just a user's site, not all applications for the district.

  20. Analytics Dashboard: add sort by Qualifying column

    The student list returned as a dashboard output sorts by last name, first name. Add the ability to sort by the Qualifying column. This will make viewing the students in the same data range and KEEPing the students in the same data range easier.
