In a school using section staff, allow Scheduling setup ability to roll the MST/SEC back to SMS/SSS and include copying SSE to SSM (Section Staff). Currently, the Section Staff does not get copied during this process.

When the Scheduling Window is open mid-year:
A section is created in MST, an associated record is also created in SMS
Please include the Associated SSM record that corresponds to the SSE record created for that section.
