Move TTP to Top of Transcript
At the request of our Board Members to show the PUSD Pathway a student is graduating from on the Transcript, we are using the Transcript Definition, TTP, Demographics, STU.U7, to identify the PUSD Pathway a student is participating in. Because it shows up at the very bottom of the TTP box, and often gets lost in the long list of Test scores, we are requesting the ability to show some TTP options at the TOP of the Transcript, near the Comment area. Teacher Portal Grades - Option to Show Students by Section of Alphabetically
Grade Reporting > Grades: Is there a way to visually differentiate it using section headings?

Since our students were split into AM/PM/DL sections, the "Grades" tool in Aeries no longer lists the students in alphabetical order. They appear to be sorted by section but the page isn't split up in any way (screenshot below). This is challenging for entering grades manually because the student listings no longer line up in ECHO/Aeries and we have to carefully search for each student in order to enter their grade. Gradebook should have the quick change site option ( like the rest of Aeries )
We have teachers who teach at multiple schools and would like a quick-site change option drop down, in grade book, like the rest of Aeries.

Online Enrollment - School based questions
Have a field where parents can select different programs at that school.
ie. School 1 has GATE Program, have the selection for School, then underneath we can put what programs are available for parent to select:

Regular Program
X POD

Online Enrollment - match to Previous Year Databases
We would like the ability for the Online Enrollments Import Process to look through previous year's databases. Parents who had kids attend a school many years prior, but their records never moved to the Inactive School, are not able to be matched to an existing record. This means the district has to manually add the student without using Online Enrollment.
1 voteThank you for your idea. The use of an inactive school is a recommended procedure in Aeries. If there are students not in the inactive school, it may be prudent to work with our support team to do a one-time cleanup process to move all missing students to the current year inactive school.

Aeries Forums-Selecting Next or Previous
For the Aeries Forums pages, allow for selecting Next or Previous page for the next updated revision/changes so we can review them in sequence and not go back to the main page and find the next date which in turn means we have to remember the date so we can check the next one posted. It would just make for an easier viewing of all revisions/changes. Thank you!

Allow selection of grade levels above 12 to print from the Report Page of Student Transcripts.

Parent Document Upload Requests - Save the requests as a packet to allow for multiple and reusable requests
We will be requesting parents upload proof of residency documents each year. It would be great if we could save the request and document types as a packet or group so we don't have to recreate the request each year, just adjust the opening and closing dates. Also that would allow for the uploading of other documents during the year like field trip permissions.

District-Level Printing of Instructional Minutes Certification Log
District with many schools would like the option to print the Missing Instructional Minutes Certification Log at the district level, and select multiple schools to print. It would also be nice to be able to select schools by type: Elem, Secondary, etc.

Transcript Indicator Visible In Other Tables
The Transcript Indicator is a great addition to identifying aspects of courses. It would be great to have the option to turn this feature on in other tables such as Classes, CAR, Master Schedule, Grades and Teacher Attendance Portal. An example is Dual Enrollment courses. They may have the same Course Title for a school but their elements are different. Having the Transcript Indicator visible in other tables would make it easier for office staff and teachers to know the difference in courses without having to change their specific course titles. Service Learning Hours - Add new Date Picker
Please make the dates and times in a drop-down format. It is currently very cumbersome to enter data into the log for students.

Weekly Attendance Report - the report options should be remembered.
Print Weekly Attendance Report by Class - the "Include Inactive Students?" box should be checked by default or be remembered when the report is ran again.

Teacher Portal Grade Screen: alphabetical student sort
After some of the updates that were put in place at the beginning of the 2020 school year, the order of student names on the Teacher Portal Grade Screen changed from a straight alphabetical list of the students in that period to a list organized first by section, then alphabetical by student.
This new order makes it awkward for many of our teacher to enter Citizenship, Work Habits & Comments by student, as they are used to seeing their period roster listed alphabetically and not split by section. They need to scan multiple 'sub-lists' on the page to find a…

Create a report that searches for missing notes on submitted ATT
Similar to the Attendance Notes Usage Analysis Report that was created for distance learning. Create a report that checks for students with absences that are missing an attendance note. This would be a key resource report for districts that would ensure every student with an absence has an associated note. I think the Attendance Notes Usage Analysis Report might be able to be modified to meet that need, too. You just need it to search for blanks and add an option only if absence code exists. Currently, it doesn't honor that option.

Enrollment Validation Update
Please update all validations for enrollment to ignore if Exit Reason = 155. I believe we are the only SIS that does not populate the leave data and add the E155 code for enrollment records. Our validations cause errors for all implementations and data conversions. Rather than change data for each year - consider having the 155 code ignored during the validation - for any validation monitoring enrollment data. Support Pre-enrolled Status Tag during Copy Scheduling Results to MST process
Please add support or an option to copy Course Requests to Classes during the Copy Scheduling Results to MST process for students tagged with a Pre-enrolled Status tag.

Transcript Credits by Category
In the view screen for transcript, showing total credits by category in the title bar would be very helpful. In the print version each term shows subtotals, the view display should also.
