Weekly Engagement Report - Admin Log
It would be nice if there was a screen where staff could check to see if teachers have run their Weekly Engagement Report like there is a screen to see if they have certified their Instructional Minutes. This wouldn't verify accuracy of the report, but at least office staff could confirm if the teachers had at least run the report and the date/time of the last time it was run.

Financials Reports
We need canned reports pulling from the order management page, in order to see how many students have purchased each class and how many spots are still open and also see the names of the students signed up for each course. I am attaching a sample of what we need.

Financials - Allow a Partial Cancellation
In Financials, on the order management, order details, there is no way to do a partial cancellation - it would be nice to be able to do a partial cancellation and not have to cancel the entire order and the customer would need to sign up again.

Display Address in Reverse Lookup by Address
When you search using Reverse Lookup and search by Address - the list displays but does not include the address. This is not consistent with how it works when searching for email, for example. This was brought to our attendance by Leeni after AeriesCon Spring

Roll transcript updates forward to future years
Because the earlier rollover happens in the middle of summer school, repeat tags that are added based on summer grades have to be entered in two databases, causing extra labor and a greater chance of data errors. This is a special case of another idea, but one that is looming on the horizon. Like to keep those counselors busy helping students instead of doing double data entry!

Staff - User Account Read Access
Currently only an Administrator Account is able to view User Account basic information from the Staff table. It would be helpful if we could assign Read permissions to this information. This would allow sites to know who has active accounts without any details to those account permissions.

Referrals To Intervention page, Prior Interventions code issues
Referrals To Intervention page, the Prior Interventions codes displayed when adding a new record are not honoring the COD inactive tag for IPI.CD or the COD Sort Order.

Course Requests Entry for students and parents
We would like the ability to limit students ability to add the same course multiple times during the course requests entry process. I checked the box to not allow an Alternate Course Request that has already been selected as a primary or alternate request but this does not work the way I thought it would. We have some students that will pick Art 6 times and we would like to prevent that from happening.

Restrict the capacity of E-mail text EML.TXT
Teachers are sending emails with large images in the message and they are taking up too much space in our database. We would like to reduce the capacity of the field or restrict the ability to add images.

Move TTP to Top of Transcript
At the request of our Board Members to show the PUSD Pathway a student is graduating from on the Transcript, we are using the Transcript Definition, TTP, Demographics, STU.U7, to identify the PUSD Pathway a student is participating in. Because it shows up at the very bottom of the TTP box, and often gets lost in the long list of Test scores, we are requesting the ability to show some TTP options at the TOP of the Transcript, near the Comment area. Teacher Portal Grades - Option to Show Students by Section of Alphabetically
Grade Reporting > Grades: Is there a way to visually differentiate it using section headings?

Since our students were split into AM/PM/DL sections, the "Grades" tool in Aeries no longer lists the students in alphabetical order. They appear to be sorted by section but the page isn't split up in any way (screenshot below). This is challenging for entering grades manually because the student listings no longer line up in ECHO/Aeries and we have to carefully search for each student in order to enter their grade. Online Enrollment - School based questions
Have a field where parents can select different programs at that school.
ie. School 1 has GATE Program, have the selection for School, then underneath we can put what programs are available for parent to select:

Honor Roll Report - Do not print excluded students on the report
Currently, if you have students on a Grad Track that is excluded from the Class Rank calculation, those students still print on the Honor Roll and Class Rank report, listed at the top with blanks in the Class Rank and Class Size columns. These students should be excluded from the report and not print at all.

Online Enrollment - match to Previous Year Databases
We would like the ability for the Online Enrollments Import Process to look through previous year's databases. Parents who had kids attend a school many years prior, but their records never moved to the Inactive School, are not able to be matched to an existing record. This means the district has to manually add the student without using Online Enrollment.
1 voteThank you for your idea. The use of an inactive school is a recommended procedure in Aeries. If there are students not in the inactive school, it may be prudent to work with our support team to do a one-time cleanup process to move all missing students to the current year inactive school.

Aeries Forums-Selecting Next or Previous
For the Aeries Forums pages, allow for selecting Next or Previous page for the next updated revision/changes so we can review them in sequence and not go back to the main page and find the next date which in turn means we have to remember the date so we can check the next one posted. It would just make for an easier viewing of all revisions/changes. Thank you!
