Transcript: Standardize all headers for OCR Consistency
Standardized Student Header Across All Transcript Pages
As part of our migration from ScribOrder to Parchment, one of the key efficiencies we hope to gain is Parchment's ability to automatically retrieve transcripts from our repository to fulfill transcript requests.
However, we have identified an issue with our current transcript format. The placement of the student's name, date of birth, and student ID number is not consistent from the first page to subsequent pages. Update teacher display in Gradebook to clearly delineate which students are physically present in class
All absences, except one type, definitely show up in the gradebook as a small marker in the corner of the box that the assignment grade is in. Pre-arranged absences do NOT show up on the gradebook page in any way, shape or form. This means that teachers can inadvertently give credit to a student for something like participation even though the student was absent because the absence can not be seen on the gradebook page.

Need more Indexing on the LOG table
Please consider adding more indexing to the LOG table. It would be much better to try and implement this early in the school year, before the logs grow too large.
NOTE: The original request has been modified to be a bit more generic, as we cannot commit to doing this exact solution without considering the other effects on the system. However the overal ldea is the same, to improve the functioning of the log table to allow better searching of the results.

Remove MFA When Switching Between Years
Now that we have enabled MFA for our district, it would be nice if we did not have to reauthenticate every time we switch between years. We have already MFA'd in to login to Aeries, but then it asks us to MFA again every time we go to a different school year. If this could be a separate MFA setting that could be separated out from the login MFA, that would be helpful too.

Enhance ELOP/Leap Process
CDE instructions indicate that the LEAP extract should include everyone enrolled in the program, Whether they participate or not. At present, the Aeries process only creates PGM records if ATD is present. We'd like to enhance the process to create a PGM record with 0 days so that we don't have to manually add their records.

CCGI Data File to exclude optional fields
For the CCGI student file, we would like to have the option to exclude optional data elements from the student file. Specifically, we do not want to include program participation or other non-mandatory fields.

Supplemental Attendance Report - Add Footer option
Requesting the ability to add a custom footer to the Supplemental Attendance Report. This would be configurable to each district based on their needs. Below is an example of how a district might choose to use it.

Assertive Discipline Increase Dropdown Width for Long Values
We would like to request the ability to increase the width of dropdown fields on specific pages in Aeries, such as Assertive Discipline > Administrative Decision, so users can view the full text of each option without it being truncated.
Currently, many dropdown values are cut off due to the limited field width, making it difficult for users to distinguish between similar options. This can lead to confusion, slower data entry, and the potential for selecting the wrong value. Examples: Reason Different, Return Location and Placement

Show Available Periods for Alternates Suggestion
PLEASE add “Show Available Periods” to the Alternate Course Requests section, similar to the main course request view.
Right now, alternates only show as a list with no period visibility. Adding this would make it much faster to place alternates and avoid conflicts without jumping back and forth.1 vote -

SMS Rejected Courses - Generate a Report from Flex SMS Board and Scheduling Dashboard
The Flex SMS Board and Scheduling Dashboard should have the ability to generate a report of the SMS Rejected Courses, in addition to being able to KEEP the students to either Query or review the rejected reasons.

Activities and Awards on Transcripts to be sorted by Completion Date
It will be extremely helpful and meaningful that we can have a new feature to allow the [Things to Print] to sort based on the Date within the category.
We have a total of [16] Sports [Fall] / [Winter] / [Spring] whereas all our Sports in the ACT Table under the [CD] field.
By the end of each season, we add a record per Student to indicate the completion of the Sport in the ACT Table with the Date of Completion [12/25] / [06/26].

medical history status tag
I would like the MHS.TG status tag to actually do something. We have a lot of expired/inactive records on the Medical History page, but they still appear on the Student Medical History report. There is an option to limit by date, but you have to know the EXACT dates in order for it to do anything. It DOES NOT work as a greater than or less than the dates...

Add Next Year Bell Scheduling for Flex Periods
When rostering students for A/B/C calendars, where A/B days alternate Odd and Even periods, and C days are all periods, the Schedule All Students function will fail because the times that are valid for A/B days create an overlap for C days, and there is no way to set date-specific period times for the upcoming school year. We can create Flex Calendars and Flex Periods for the future year, so the same feature should exist for Bell Scheduler.
Basically, implement a solution for this workaround, so that the workaround is no longer needed:

Records Requests Manager - Mass Generate Requests
It would be nice if we could generate Records Requests (in Records Request Manager) in mass, by using a keep query for example. We have most of our 8th graders exiting and moving to our high school next year, so we send all their records to the high school. Right now we have to go in and make an Exiting Student Records Request for each student, one by one, even though they're going to the same place.
