Fix Copy/Paste fields in new Student Info Bar
Previously, I could highlight, copy, and paste the SSID # and ID # from the Student Information Bar without any issues. Since the update, there are many times where it does not work. When I go to paste, it might throw what I copied into two different cells in an Excel sheet or into a new line on a Doc. Hopefully there is a way to fix this in a future update, because it was extremely convenient before the update.

Medical Profile Report Available in Teacher Portal in Reports
Please add the Medical Profile report to Reports in the Teacher Portal for teachers to run for their class at elementary and each flex period at secondary sites. The report should only include the students that are assigned in MST to that specific teacher.

Removing SSA tag from Attendance by Photo
Currently, a student's SSA status tag is displayed on the Attendance by Photo page. Teachers project seating charts in the classroom to indicate where students should sit, but having the SSA tag on the student's photo reveals confidential information and leads students to question its meaning. The SSA status tag is already accessible in Student Search and the Class Attendance page which is only viewable by the teachers and staff.
Can the SSA label be removed from the Attendance by Photo page? This would allow teachers to continue using this feature in Aeries without disclosing a student's SSA status.

Include a Summary Count of Attendance Note Code usage on Attendance Page
Add a summary count of Attendance Note code usage - similar to the AL code counts on this page already.
This would be useful for attendance clerks to quickly see how often a particular code has been used for a student.
Specifically, parents are allowed up to 10 excused absences before a doctor's note is required. Any instances in which a doctors note is provided do not count against that 10 allowance. Having the summary count would allow for quick check if the allowance of 10 excused (non-physician noted) has been exhausted.1 vote -
Add User Field to MED/Medical Log
User Fields to Medical Log and Daily Medical Log would really help our Health Department query and assess points of critical medical information of students with medical issues could that need emergency attention such as glucose levels.

Mass Add Exit Dates in Special Programs
Create a Mass Add Exit Dates in Special Programs to close out End of Year SPRG Records in Aeries Special Programs. I understand Aeries closes out the record in the SPRG extract, but we would like them closed out in Aeries Special Programs as well.

Update Look of Flex Attendance Calendar
Our alternative high school uses flex scheduling AND positive attendance. Tuesdays and Thursdays are focused strictly on credit recovery, while core classes are taught on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Our attendance calendar is SUPER confusing to read due to the table headers. The greyed out boxes do not help that much. It would be nice if the attendance calendar looked exactly like a regular attendance calendar OR had all MWF classes on the left and TTH on the right. We pull a lot of attendance reports, especially since many of our students have to report to SARB (Student Attendance Review…

Add an option to 'Do not show on Student Classes' to section MST.ST Exclude field
Add an option to 'Do not show on Student Classes' to section MST.ST Exclude field as well as include SSS in code Z (Do not show on either GRD or ATT or SSS). This way users can schedule students with disabilities into a generic section that doesn't show on the student's Classes. It would assist case carries and scheduling these students into sections that have IA or Co-Teacher help in the class.

Discipline from photo
Discipline from Photo - We are switching over from Q SIS and there is an option for inputting Class Behavior using the Seating Chart. This is especially helpful at the beginning of the year, when we don't yet know our student's names, and for incidents that may happen in a specific area of the classroom in which everyone in that area would get a note in their record.

data confirmation ignore preschedule tag
We would like an option to ignore *-preschedule tags when it comes to Parent Data Confirmation.
Currently, the only option we have is to "hide" specific tags such as * from the Parent Portal. (Available option under Portal Options / Miscellaneous tab)
We create our prescheduled student records around Spring Break each year. Some of our currently enrolled students' parents will log into the Parent Portal under the prescheduled school and it will ask them to fill out PDC. This ends up being a waste of time on their part since we reset all PDCs during Rollover in July each…

The custom caption for LOC.U3 does not display on the School Options page except in edit mode.

Completed Checkbox for Grade Reporting Process Dashboard
Please add a "[x] Completed" checkbox to track progress for each group A-F in the Grade Reporting Process Dashboard so schools can mark what's been done and what's left to do. Checkboxes should reset when initializing a new grading cycle.

Make SSID in Student Info Header Hyperlinked to Calpads
Make the SSID in the Student Info -> General header a hyperlink to calpads RESTful URL for that student: https://calpads.org/Student/<SSID> ie https://calpads.org/Student/9999999999
We currently have this as a local customization in Aeries, and our school admin, sped, and EL staff love it, but we will be losing access to it when we have to move to hosted next year.

Add the ability to run & PRINT immunization reports by grade level
the Department of state health services is requesting all immunization records for each student in Kindergarten (and some times 7th graders). It would be amazing to be able to run a report by grade level AND PRINT by grade level. Currently 04/2025 we can only sort by grade level and run the report for the whole campus. This is thousands of pages to sort through.

Adding LNC lunch table options by site
The LNC table cannot be limited to certain codes for certain schools at this time. You can add the new codes to the Code Table, but they will show for all schools. We would like to have the flexibility to add options by school site.

Population of Student Email on Demo 2 screen
Can the student's personal email map to the Demo 2 screen? The student's personal emails are mapping to our Demo 1 screen which is where we assign school emails for the students.

Populating the Parent's Primary Number on the Demo Screen
It would be so helpful if the Primary phone number for the parent would populate as the primary phone number on the demo screen. It is currently using the student's phone number.
