Allow teacher to change gradebook score codes to a score easier
When teachers use the temporary code of TX - Temp Excused they currently have to locate those scores and change them to a score or to a zero. Is there a way to mass change those or filter by those codes to make them easier to change?

Gradebook - Please Add Numeric Narrative Grades
Our district is going full CBE grading, and we need the ability to create two distinct categories (sets) with different grading scales as follows: formative (foundational) work graded at a 2.0 target (with 1.5, 1.0, and 0.50 possible scores), and summative assessments graded at a 3.0 target (with 2.5 and 2.0 possible, as well as an A+ ceiling of 3.5 or 4.0 possible for work above and beyond). Our Final Grades are tabulated on a scale of 4 as well, with 3.0-3.49 being an A overall.

Update the keyboard tab order for Gradebook scores by student comment entry
Please reorder the Tab controls for this pop-up so that a user can press Tab one time to go from the Comment field to the Save button.

View Teacher's sections within student class schedule
When viewing a student schedule, allow teacher name to be linked to view all sections for that teacher.

Classroom Attendance - Remove the Mark Attendance as Complete for this Teacher button on Track Vacation Days
On the Classroom Attendance page, when there is a Track Vacation day, the Mark Attendance as Complete for this Teacher button still shows. This is a visual issue only, no attendance is submitted or logged even if the button is clicked. To avoid confusion, please remove the Mark Attendance as Complete for this Teacher button from Classroom Attendance since this is a non-attendance day for the Track.

Add Stu ID field to PFT (Physical Fitness Test) letter
We would like the ability to add the Student ID field to the PFT letter so that we can utilize ParentSqaure's Secure Documents feature to distribute the results to the students/parents. The PFT table is currently student number based, so the ID cannot be added.

Allow import to to ATT.ADA, ATT.ADT, and ATT.ACO for updating attendance records with all day codes from Saturday school attendance
If a student attends saturday school and we would like to append an attendance all day code with the ADA make up code in the ATT.ADA field, this has to be done one by one. Allowing an import of this data or another method of mass changing for schools with a large saturday school program would allow for recouping ADA much easier.

TX: Trail Grade Reporting Information Between Sections on Change
Add option to move previously posted marks to new course section on schedule change. For example, a student with a grade of 90 in marking period 1 first period English transfers to the second period section of English. The stored mark for marking period 1 should automatically move on the GRD table for correct semester averaging. Currently, teachers/registrars are required to manually update GRD blanks after schedule changes.

Mass Change Period Absences - Allow existing absences to be overridden
Create an option to override existing absence codes with a report of the codes that were overwritten. This allows clerks to decide if they need to change a code back or not and would be less burdensome because there would be fewer corrections than the way that it works now.

Texas- Reports and Reports showing Fatal Errors
A built in report in Aeries that scans the SIS for possible fatals per submission. Or similar reports to match TSDS reports like the Disaggregation report, CTE Reports, Leavers, ETC...

Parent Portal - Change Language While Logged In
Allow students/parents to switch languages after they logged in. Currenly language changes are limited to the login page before they log in, but the option to change languages is not available in account settings while student or parent is active in session with their account.

Missing Mark Listing report: unless "Ignore Records Marked as Complete" is checked, missing (and Required) Cit, W/H, Comments don't print
On Portal Options' Grades tab, I selected Require Comments, Work Habits, and Citizenship.
On the Missing Mark Listing report, missing Comments, Work Habits, and Citizenship don't print unless I have "Ignore Records Marked As Complete" selected.

Student Groups: Add Student(s) using Search by Class at elem w/MST
When manually adding students to a Student Group at an elementary with an MST (sc 996 Eagle Flight in demo), the Search by Class radio button is not available. Can this be added for every school that has an MST?

Student ID Cards with the option to Print Preferred Names
Would it be possible to have Student ID's print out with the preferred name of the student instead of the legal name?

Legend for Attendance Roster
I would love it if the Attendance Rosters would print with a legend. When we have substitutes we get a variety of marks that have to be deciphered.
