Allow Portal Options > STU Table Fields on Attendance Screen to Pull from Other Tables
At this time, the Portal Options > STU Table Fields on Attendance Screen only reads from the STU table. Please enhance to allow student data to be read from other tables.
Example: When a student's Program is added to Portal Options for teachers to be able to see the student Program in the Teacher Portal Attendance screen, it is designed to read from STU.SP only. Please enhance to allow the student's Program to be read from Attendance Enrollment Program (ATT.PR) instead.2 votes -

drop academic plan courses when student transfer
Hello could we have an option to drop the future academic plan courses when student transfers? Similar to the Drop Course Attendance box when exiting a student.
The purpose is, not all our high schools use Academic Plan therefore when a student transfers it still shows Planned courses in the Grad Status which creates a problem for the site.

Enhance process when dropping ATT records - Flex
When ATT records are deleted from ATT due to a student schedule change, add ATT records to the new section as in the Traditional setting.
Workaround: Select "No" when dropping ATT so Attendance Audit Listing can be used to evaluate records.2 votes -

Allow Users to Add End Dates in the Special Programs when withdrawing a student
Allow the users to include any open Special Programs to be closed when they are dropping/withdrawing the student from the Database as an option.
Adding all active special programs as an option just like the Course Requests.
Populate the Leave Date in the End Date for both Eligible & Participate.

Would like to update the ACT codes to only show on certain Types. Texas uses certain Codes under different types. They would like to add new codes based on the different Types and not be added to all lists.

Supplemental Attendance: Electronic Signature
The ASES grants has a requirement where students need to be signed in and out. At sign out, either the student, parent or staff member must sign/initial. We would like a feature that allows for electronic signatures so we can go completely paperless.
Other 3rd party vendors have such features with parents having a code at check out specific to the adult picking up the child, but these systems do not integrate well with Aeries, specifically supplemental attendance.

For schools using SWIS, it would be great to have automatic upload to Aeries when staff input discipline and interventions into SWIS

Add Birth Verification field in the Demographics section of the Online Enrollment
It is required that we keep the Birth Verification method (STU.VBD) on file in order to do away with the Permanent Record Cards for students. I would like for that field to be mandatory in the Online Enrollment process so that staff can populate that BEFORE importing into AERIES. Once imported the staff forgets to populate it.

We have school office staff who we'd like to be able to query the LOG table, but only ADMIN users can access it. Please move LOG to a separate security access level.

Immunization Dates
When a user attempts to change dates on the immunization form that are out of order, the dates are rearranged chronologically upon saving for IMM records where changes were not made. The data should be saved exactly as entered by the customer.
