Parent Portal Change Request Email- Only 1 email be sent for address change
Parent Portal - Change Request Notifications. We are getting multiple emails for the same change. It would be nice if only one email was sent out for any address change instead of multiple emails for any address field change.

Create Shared Gradebooks functionality
MST.TN is the Teacher of Record.
MST.TN2 and MST.TN3, co-teaching fields, should have the MST.TN gradebooks auto-populate in their Teacher Portal accounts mirroring the Teacher of Record setup.
Create a parent/child relationship within shared gradebooks : mirror linked or unlinked gradebooks as the Teacher of Record.
This would mean the Teacher of Record would have to approve all gradebook changes - this would prevent gradebooks from disappearing.
Additionally adding a gradebook option where the Teacher of Record (parent gradebook) would allow a TN2 and/or TN3 co-teacher (child gradebooks) RUID access to make change in the gradebook without the Teacher of…

Add GRC and ABS to Analytics to support new indicator features
With the ability to create indicators based on any table and field, if the primary table is not available, these new feature do not apply. Adding GRC and ABS allows for many variations on building indicators and allows customers to build things like: F's on a report card, Period Attendance values, etc.

Add a Grade Filter on the SMS Board Display
This would allow the schedule builder to view how many sections can accommodate the various grade levels and would be tool for the builder to use.

Student Profile Attendance Summary: allow both Period & Daily Attendance tracking
We want to enable the Period Attendance tracking, but would like to retain the daily attendance tracking stats.

Allow a Keep option for reports and on rosters
Include a KEEP query button for reports so we have the option to KEEP students that were on the report. This would be helpful for any report for a teacher roster, gradebook, or where there are certain conditions of selecting the students on the report (ex. Repeated courses).

CRDC - Make Multi-Part Identifier Error more friendly/Change to warning
CRDC The multi-part identifier "STU2.ID" could not be bound. Make the error more user friendly to identify the issue. Or get rid of the error all together and make it a warning when there is no data to report.

Print Attendance Notes Report Student Name
Print Attendance Notes - When run from under View All Reports, if a student has multiple pages of attendance notes their name only prints on the first page. Enhance to display the student name at top of all of their corresponding pages.

Online Enrollment: Please add a help button for parents who require assistance
Online registration system that has a "Help" button that: (a) sends an alert to a designated district employee who can reach out with paper or electronic copies of required forms, and (b) overrides the requirement for document upload so that parents can finish the registration process.

Grade/Mark Legend printed on Report Card should have separate settings from Grade Report Exception List
Currently, the printout of the Grade/Mark Legend on the Report Card, and the Grade/Mark options that are available on the Grade Exception Report both pull from the GRD.MK field of the COD table. We have many valid marks, and don't wish to have A-F print in the legend, but the consequence of removing those marks from the COD table is that we can no longer search for D's or F's using the Exception Report. It would be very useful to separate these very different functions.

Use Keep / Skip Queries as Criteria for Dynamic Groups (or a series of Keep / Skip Queries)
It would be very helpful to be able to write a Keep Query (or a series of keep/skip queries) and use that as the criteria for adding a student to a dynamic student group.
This would allow for far greater flexibility and will likely satisfy the other ideas (linked below) for improvements to dynamic groups.

(Mask) Discipline Letter - Multiple Letters for Offenses
Update Discipline Letter Text Editor to allow for Discipline XX 1 (English and Spanish) and Discipline XX 2 (English and Spanish). Currently, when these two letters are created and utilized, discipline only reverts to the most recent, which would be Discipline XX 2 (English/Spanish). It does not allow us to select Discipline XX 1 as a first offense as it selects Discipline XX 2 (English/Spanish). If these letters are named differently, then the letters can be generated. Please make it where the letters with similar names and different verbiage can be utilized.

Update Attendance automatically based on Assertive Discipline suspension
When an Admin inputs a suspension within a student's Assertive Discipline, which notates the number of days the student is suspended and what dates, is there a way to make that automatically populate "S" as the all-day attendance code in that student's attendance? The student's attendance isn't always updated that day for suspensions. Then an attendance notification will out to the parent asking why the student was absent which would have been because they were suspended.

Attendance by Photo - Seating Chart - reuse seating chart from prior term
We no longer use Year long terms. We now use the Next Course field in Courses to auto create our Spring classes.
However the issue we have is that instead of only having one section that runs for the whole year with no changes to the Attendance by Photo it creates a Fall section plus a new section for Spring.
We do understand that the section number provides the students for the Attendance by Photo form. However this has created a very large amount of double work for our Teachers after the Spring break. They now have to return from…

Free and Reduced Management Page
Create a new table to store student's Free and Reduced information, similar to the FRE table. This separate table will store records from the different imports available in Aeries: Parent Data Confirmation, NSLP Import, Direct Cert, etc. Provide a management page to define what is the true source.

Financials - Online Store Manager
Would like to see some sorting options on the Online Store Manager page. This feature would make the page more user-friendly when working with a larger catalog. Would also like to see an option to make the item inactive. (something like making a student inactive)
