Data Validation - Add the ability to clear a validation that doesn't need to be fixed
Some validations get checked but need to stay as-is. It'd be great to be able to clear those, or at least add a comment to know we don't have to worry about it moving forward.

Standards Based Comments - Add a Word Count
Some teachers tend to write too much and don't know that comments will get cut off once printed. If there was a word count we could estimate a max and the teachers could fix before printing.

Edit Access to ELAS Code and Date
Please give admin accounts edit access to the ELAS Code and ELAS Date fields on the Language Assessment screen. It would be nice to be able to make quick updates after a change in CALPADS instead of having to wait until the next day for an extract that reflects the updated ODS.

Teacher Attendance Screen - Message Alert Area
Would like an area in the upper right corner of the teachers' attendance screen to display a custom message that is set from a field on the Portal Options > Attendance screen.

We would like the ability to read/write/create Student Groups via the API.
We are working on our own bus pass application and need the ability to:
1. Create a Student Group via API
2. Update the Student Group Members via API
3. Delete the Student Group via API

District Assets unified check in for both teachers and students
Can you implement just One check in for both Staff & Student. This will eliminate errors on textbooks when we are unable to determine if it is student and staff.

Hyperlink to Portal Groups from Portal Options creates login frame twice for USER also disable hyperlink to Portal Groups if not Admin
Portal Options has a hyperlink to Portal Groups which a user does not have permission to. Navigating from the hyperlink to Portal Groups takes user to a home page where the exterior of the webpage loads twice. The page should display as a blank screen when the user has no permission to that page. Also disable the Portal Group hyperlinks in Portal Options for a USER and allow only ADMIN to use them.

Online Enrollment - Comment Section on Student Import
It would be so helpful if there was a comments section next to a pending/partial student on the import page. That way my secretaries can make notes in there that District admin could see. If a student isn't being imported for a reason, if a conversation was had with a family, etc. They feel this would be helpful for summer enrollment as well.

Add separate column in Academic Plan widget for students without an Academic Plan
Add a separate column in the Academic Plan Status widget for students without an academic plan instead of grouping them with the No Action column.

Set Academic Plan status to blank after new window opens
At the beginning of a new Academic Plan entry window, all of the previously "approved" records move to the "No Action" column. However, the status on the Academic Plan page still says "Approved" for these plans that are now in the No Action column. Please update the Academic plans with the correct status for consistency.

Scheduling Letter Text Editor
The editor allows only one letter to be saved. Trying to add an additional letter triggers the 'Letter ID must start with "Schedule"' error message, even if it does meet that criterion. For example, Schedule Spanish, Schedule 20-21.

Add another line to the top of the Demographics page and add the most recent Student Asset Detail for quick access to District Assets information.

Allow teachers access to "Asset Course Listing" report
Teachers often check out materials to students, and it would be helpful if they could run reports wihich show which students have checked out the required materials and returned the assets.

Average Transcript Mark by Course Sequence
Single Semester courses with a course sequence of DO and 0 should not be averaged together.
