Average Transcript Mark by Course Sequence
Add 2 new options to exclude from Transcript Averaging: 1. Single Semester courses with a course sequence of DO and 0 should not be averaged together.
2. Dual Credit courses with CRS.CSQ = D1–D9 should not be averaged together. This will preserve college-issued grades and credits while allowing districts that average Dual Credit courses to leave the option disabled.

Follow-up comment from customer regarding this enhancement:
