Hyperlink to Portal Groups from Portal Options creates login frame twice for USER also disable hyperlink to Portal Groups if not Admin
Portal Options has a hyperlink to Portal Groups which a user does not have permission to. Navigating from the hyperlink to Portal Groups takes user to a home page where the exterior of the webpage loads twice. The page should display as a blank screen when the user has no permission to that page. Also disable the Portal Group hyperlinks in Portal Options for a USER and allow only ADMIN to use them.
