Gradebook Custom Colors including Extra Credit when there are no points
I set a custom color to make all assignments scored from 0% to 69% show up light red. Overall this worked correctly, but extra credit assignments are all showing up red, regardless of if they have any points entered, which is not the behavior I would expect. If anything extra credit should show up in the light green Aeries uses for assignments scored > 100%

Military Survey Audit
We have many parents that in error click "yes" to at least one parent/guardian being active in the US Armed Forces. This results in many hours of extra work checking with parents to see if they answered accurately. Is it possible to reverse the answers to have "no" listed as the first option, and "yes" listed as the second option?

Parent Portal for 2 households.
The Avery 5160 report should print two labels per student at least when parents live in different households. Thanks
It is important if parents are not to have contact between them. As now, they have to share information like the main phone for the student.

Medical History
Create a way to condense medical history. Right now for instance, when a student has asthma and the parent enters it while enrolling every school year, there is a new entry made each time. So under medical history there can be numerous repeat entries. It would be great if there were an option for parents to just continue a medical condition rather than enter it all over again.

Demographics - Add a field for a Community College ID
As Dual Enrollment programs increase in California, there must be a place to store Community College information in Aeries. By creating a field that can be queried, it would allow K12 staff to identify students and create a more streamlined communication with community college partners.

Require flex period when creating sections at schools using flex scheduling.

Course History Institutions list does not scroll completely.
The Course History Institutions list does not scroll all the way thru (only to 1950 in our case), so if the user doesn't do the search exactly, they might assume a district/school hasn't been added. We should be able to scroll thru the entire list of Institutions.

Attendance Submission Log - Flex shows all sections instead of sections with missing attendance based on current time
On the Attendance Submission Log page in a period attendance school. Using Traditional Scheduling, the page fills in the Periods ending period based on the current time; then the grid defaults to only show me sections with missing attendance based on which periods have started. At a Flex Scheduling school, the page defaults to the entire day, so I see all sections, including sections that have not begun. Can the Flex version default to fill in End Time with the current time, then display only sections in Flex Periods that started before End Time?

Expanded Learning Opportunities (ELOP) - The ability to track and report Student registration and participation is needed for 25/26 SY
A method is needed to track the ELOP opportunities that students are registered for and participating is needed for the 25/26 school year. It will now be incorporated into the CALPADS process. The districts would benefit tremendously from having this. I know in California we need it! It will help with reporting state information to see and compare how it relates to the funding we receive.

New Year Rollover:
- For California districts, data in the following tables will roll over for records with start dates on or after July: Supp Att Calendar (ATC), Supp Att Assignments (ATA), Supp Att Data (ATD).
School Info:
- Configurations > District Settings:
- A new district setting titled “Supplemental Attendance Program Codes for Attendance Recovery” is now available. Users with Edit rights can identify which Supplemental Attendance Program (ATP.TY) codes are used for this program type. See District Settings.
- A new district setting titled “Expanded Learning Programs” is now available. Users with Edit rights can identify which Supplemental Attendance Program (ATP.TY) codes are used for this program type. See District Settings.

Allow non Admin users to make security changes to Users and User groups.
For example - HR staff to assign Users to groups and sites without making HR staff admins.

Gradebook - Allow Teachers to Select SBG or GRD Gradebook Type
In schools that administer both SBG and GRD grades, allow teachers to select the type of gradebook they are creating or editing (either SBG or GRD) even if the school is not using Grading Periods.

TX - Allow Incomplete on Grading Snapshot
Allow teachers to issue grade of "Incomplete" on grading snapshot. Right now, an incomplete mark cannot be issued. Only the numeric gradebook average.

Add-on Graduation Flexibility
Give schools the ability to use "add on graduation requirements" that are not attached to courses and that do not give credit. For example for high schools that REQUIRE service hours to graduate, I would like to be able to add to all seniors an add on requirement to complete 40 hours of community service.
