Special Education - Add Severely Disable
Would like to request a field added to the Special Education page to add the Severely Disabled options from SEIS. It would be beneficial to be able to run reports for non-Seis users.

Data Confirmation - Allow Add to Documents Confirmation Log
It is important to us to be able to add a student record in the Documents Confirmation Log (DCL). When a family does not complete data confirmation via the parent portal, we will often have them complete a paper packet. We are able to add a record in authorizations but not in Documents.

Have Attendance Class Roster Reflect Custom Bell Schedule
The current attendance class roster reflects only the default bell schedule times even for a custom bell schedule attendance date. This is becoming a point of confusion for substitute teachers when they are taking period attendance on paper rosters. Please update the attendance class roster to reflect custom bell schedule times for the days that the custom bell schedule is assigned.

Add a table for custody information related to student
Add a table to house custody information. I currently store the information in Medical History since it gives the ability to print on the emergency cards and allows parents to review during PDC. It would be nice to be able to query those specifics out separately though.

District Level Attendance Widget to Filter Be Able to exclude certain attendees on Dashboard
The ability to filter out the district level attendance to include only certain schools or exclude certain schools. For example, I am in an adult high school district; But we offer CTE and Work Experience not necessarily related to the high school and ADA. (It depends on if the student is using CTE or Work Experience as electives for their high school degree or not). We would like to be able to exclude the non-high school student from the attendance widget at the district level.

Disable features in the SANDBOX
Disable the Online Enrollment Student Import feature in the SANDBOX. We could not find a student that had been imported. Found out later that the student had been imported to the SANDBOX.

Request for Dual Enrollment Course Integration to the High School Transcript Reporting in Aeries
Aeries needs a feature that allows for dual enrollment courses to be built in the Master Schedule (MST) board and automatically reported on the high school transcript (HIS table) under the community college. This functionality would streamline the management and reporting of dual enrollment courses on high school transcripts. It would also save time from manually importing individual courses.

Duplicate Bell Schedule Times - Flex (FTT)
In some cases, duplicate times are created in FTT when editing bell schedule times. Need a way to delete the duplicate records.
Workaround: Delete the duplicates in SQL only

Pre Referral Warning after so many
It would be very helpful and useful if a warning box could be added to the Pre-Referral Intervention page that indicates the next Pre-Referral requires a Referral to Interventions. Allow districts to indicate how many pre-referrals are required before the warning is triggered. Notifying the teacher or staff that their pre-referrals now require a Referral to Interventions.

Enhance the CALPADS Data Audit report to exclude TK students from this specific error: “STU.LF = TBD Could not determine if a student is enrolled more than 90 days.”

Adult Education - Add Miscellaneous Field for Booking

Pull ENR from another database
When Combine Student Records process is used and the IDN record is delete tagged. Pull ENR from another database is removing that delete tag to Pull ENR from another database.
Workaround: Delete tag IDN record in SQL.

Add the print option to the Exiting Student Records Request (like the New Student Records Requests) that can go in the physical file.

Allow No Show Permissions to be Separate in Security
We are having issues with schools no-showing students that have been in attendance and deleting all of their data.
I would like a way to lock out certain security groups from using the No-Show tag while still allowing other departments to use it. We have year round enrollment additions (including newcomers) that need to be no-showed. However, we also end up with year round no-shows that were wrong. I need a way to allow the right people to use No-Shows while denying permissions to others.

Go Back to Del Tagging Records When Student is No-Showed
In the past, Aeries would del tag records when students were no-showed. There was a change made so that now the records are hard deleted from the database.
My request is that the ATT records specifically go back to being del-tagged.
We are having to go through our backups to try and recover records, but it is not always cut and dry. Plus, we usually end up going through the LOG to try and parse out changes to be re-entered into the student records. It has been made extremely cumbersome by the change to hard delete the records.1 vote
