In the past, Aeries would del tag records when students were no-showed. There was a change made so that now the records are hard deleted from the database.
My request is that the ATT records specifically go back to being del-tagged.
We are having to go through our backups to try and recover records, but it is not always cut and dry. Plus, we usually end up going through the LOG to try and parse out changes to be re-entered into the student records. It has been made extremely cumbersome by the change to hard delete the records.
