Enable the homepage widget for student birthdays available to all school staff.
Currently, teachers can see the birthdays of students in their class by using a widget on their Aeries homepage. The ability to have the same birthday widget would be appreciated by our counselors, student advocates, and other staff. I propose making it an option for any school personnel possessing appropriate Aeries access to enable the student birthday widget.

Calculation of Partial-Credits for Foster Youth
It would be great to have an option for calculating partial credits in Aeries. When exiting a student who is flagged as foster youth through special programs, there could be an alert that asks (if they are high school) if you awarded them partial credits? Like a pop-up to remind the registrar. And somewhere in Aeries a place to calculate partial credits from within Aeries that would give registrars the option to select: by enrollment, by period attendance/seat time, and then enter the grades of the student and award partial credits.

Parent Ed Level added to the Contact one line Pivoted SQL
Can we add the Parent Ed Level to the One line pivoted SQL (CONP Table) so that can be included when we run the query for the CONP table. The regular CON field is CON.ELV.

Attendance by Photo Creation Prior to New Term
Be able to create Attendance by Photo for each period before the term starts. This would help teachers to organize their seating charts for the first day of school, or a new term.

Assertive Discipline Table - Rename to Incidents Table
Update the Assertive Discipline table name to reflect the CALPADS verbiage of Incidents.
In CALPADS, the data we report from Assertive Discipline is captured and reported as Incidents. I feel renaming the Assertive Discipline table to reflect the CALPADS verbiage of Incidents would be better aligned for staff.

"Pass" pending enrollments to another school within your district.
I would love the ability to send a pending enrollment in my "holding tank" to another school in our district. Our district allows for transfers to other district schools and during enrollment season there is a LOT of movement between schools and a lot of double work since enrollments drop into the school of attendance based on address. It would be fantastic to be able to "pass" a pending enrollment to one of the other schools "holding tank" of pending enrollments.

Add the ability to mass lock Academic Plans for students by subject, grade, and students.

Teacher Portal - View all of my students (and only my own students)
I would like the option to view the contact information or overall grades for each of my students, regardless of section, alphabetically, by clicking "next student", without seeing every student in the school. Note: teachers seeing all students is based on Security option for "View All Students In Current School"

Period Attendance for All Students Report - FLEX - Add Option to Print Summarized Version
Flex Schools now have the option to print the Attendance Summary in a summarized version which can save 3-4 pages of paper per students. Please create an option to print the Period Attendance for All Students report with the summarized formatting to reduce the printed pages for the end of the year batch printing of attendance records for student cumulative files.

Extend CON.FN character max from 20
Currently the CON.FN field has a character max of 20. This is not enough characters for some parent first names. Please allow customization for this.

Send ParentSquare messages from Aeries
Our teachers are always looking for ways to simplify workflows and have fewer clicks. They would love to have a way to send a ParentSquare message to a parent/student directly from Aeries, rather than having to go into ParentSquare and locate the student there. They requested a "Message" button in Aeries that would automatically take them to the Direct Message page in ParentSquare.

Staff ID instead of user name as unique identifier
Use the Staff ID number instead of the user name as the unique identifier in the log tables. We would like to be able to re-use inactivated email addresses. It's not possible now since the Aeries username comes from the email address.

Scores by Class - Add ability to remove zeroes from the class average
The class average data is faulty if there are several student who have not completed the assignment. Many student and parents do not recognize this and think there is something wrong when the average is low for an assignment. Having an option to remove it would eliminate the need to try an educate them why the scores drop when 25% of the students are a no-show.

Hide the Summer Alternate Course Request section in Student/Parent Portal
Hide/Not show the "Summer Alternate Requests" section if alternate course request is not enabled. This will make the portal view much "cleaner" when there are many summer schools are listed.

Mass Add attendance notes WITHOUT daily attendance code
Can you please create the option to mass add attendance notes WITHOUT having to include an attendance code? We only take attendance during 2nd period, so if a student is tardy to school, we just make an attendance note for the day. The option to only add an attendance note and not change the student's daily attendance code would be a huge time saver. I know there is a Tardy option, but we have been asked not to use that code at my school.

Global Messages - New UI Cuts Off Images
Prior to the UI if a Global message had an image the full image and message were displayed on the home page.
After the UI staff, parents, and students need to click on the message to view the entire message and image. This defeats the purpose of capturing staff, parents, and students' attention for an important event or message.
