Ability to set Contact Records Correspondence Language for Large Print or Braille
Hello, we are needing to tag specific parent contact records to receive their correspondence in Large Print or Braille and there is currently no way to code this in the CL fields.
The only workaround option I can think of is to possibly use a user code in the contact record to code this data, which can be queried, but it would be nice if this could be hard coded in the CL field to ensure that parents can read our correspondence when they have visual impairments.

Add Terms to GRADES Page
Please add terms to the "GRADES" page similar to how they appear in "CLASSES". It is difficult to tell which courses belong to which term in "GRADES" when the course numbers and teachers are the same.

ParentSquare Staff Dynamic Groups
Please add a feature to dynamically sync Staff into specific ParentSquare groups (example: District Office staff group) . Currently this can only be accomplished with a static group and manual management of the group members.

Independent Study - Manually Activated Agreements
Currently, an Independent Study Contract can be activated with no or incomplete signatories. Please add a warning upon clicking activate to ensure the user knows they are going to activate an IS contract with no or incomplete signatories.

Change User Teacher Org endpoint to STF table from TCH for Flex
Update the OneRoster rules for "User-Teacher- Orgs" Aeries Field to the STF table. It currently looks at the TCH.SC to determine school. Being forced to move to FLEX, all staff information is contained in the STF table, however 3rd party vendors like Mastery Connect (owned by Instructure) - are still associated to the TCH.SC field. This is not yet updated for FLEX

Save show all terms option in class summary
In the profile page under class summary, is it possible to have it save our selection to show all terms so we don't have to check it every time we go to that screen.

Academic Plan Mass Import needs to replace any current entries
There is already request to create a MASS IMPORT feature. However, please make sure that the MASS IMPORT feature allows to override any entry already made.

Absent Work
Every time a student is absent it should mark it as Absent instead of missing in purple and does not affect the grade yet. The teacher can choose how many days till it becomes missing after the student comes back to school. The system already knows who is not at school so this should be easy. After the assignment is due it should then turn into missing assignment and affect the grade.

Timeout - Does not Display when Editing or in Change mode.
Timeout does not display while users are in Edit/ Change mode or Analytics. For instance, Teachers will be making changes to Grades screen and they are logged out without notification. Registrars will be in Transcripts adding records but the information input will not be saved. Similarly, when in Analytics no notification has been received of a timeout.

Course Attendance - Change Dates of Multiple Records at Once
It would be helpful if all records with the same start date or end date could be adjusted at one time. Enter the date to change, enter the new date, click Change.

Numbered course requests
Please add a numbered column to the Course Requests/Scheduling page so students and counselors can ensure that each student has requested the correct number of courses for the following year.
Right now we have to count each line or wait until the end to run a report - being able to see their total number of requested courses in real time would REALLY help. thanks!!4 votes -
Mirroring suspension codes as entered when printing letters
When printing suspension or any discipline letter, Aeries organizes the codes in an Alpha then Numeric order. This disregards the severity of the offenses listed. We should be able to print the letters, mirroring the order that the offenses are entered into Aeries. Keeping what the school feels is the more severe actions on top.
Please allow this to be an option when printing discipline letters.

Student data field for name phonetic spelling
It would be beneficial to have a student data field with the student name phonetic spelling to help staff pronounce unusual names.

504 print out editable
We recently changed to google esignature from adobe sign to get 504 (and other documents) sign by parents.Google sign is free with our google workspace and with budget cuts we made the switch. Google esign does not allow checkboxes. It would be great to be able to edit the print out. There is a sections that asks parents to checkboxes for being informed, to accept, to accept but have a couple excepts, and to deny. Could this be one line that parents initial? Or that we could edit ourselves?

When creating a total query, it would be good to be able to sort by the Total Rcds or use it as part of the IF statement?

Gradebook Rules- allow application to groups of students in a gradebook
Add feature to "Rules" section in which a teacher could have a rule applied to a select group of students.
