I think this feature could be really helpful because it would:
Make it easier to identify who uploaded or entered the notes.
Improve accountability when multiple staff members are working in the same student record.Reduce the time spent verifying who added documentation.
Make reviewing records more efficient during audits or case reviews.
Help prevent duplicate work by allowing staff to quickly see who has already completed the upload.
Provide a clearer history of record activity, similar to transcripts.
