Assertive Discipline - Add Incident ID to Display When Selecting Record
Please add the Incident ID so that it displays next to the date of the record when you are looking at the list of all of a students incidents. CALPADS no longer shows the date of the incident and instead shows the Incident ID when they show errors. This can make it very difficult to find where an error might be for student, especially when some students have quite a few incidents. Without the Incident ID you might have to open multiple records in order find which record has a problem.

I couldn't agree more. It is also difficult for sites to know what to look for when only the date is showing and not the incident.

Please revisit this request. It is essential when trying to clear CALPADS errors for certification.

Would love to see this. When validating Calpads errors it would be helpful to see the incident ID on the assertive discipline page for students that have a long list of incidents.

This would be especially useful now that the whole file will reject. The Local Record ID in Calpads shows the Incident ID and viewing the rejected record does not include the date of the incident as stated in Stacy's original request. When a student has multiple suspensions in a year, we're having to click on each one in order to find the correct Incident ID. Having the ID on the list display for the student would help greatly. Don't take anything away, just add it.
